ROVE LA is a weekly, 1-hour comedy/talk show starring legendary Australian TV host Rove McManus. Hollywood's biggest celebrities (like Justin Timberlake, Hugh Jackman, Steve Carell, Pink, Eva Longoria) stop by each week for an informal gathering of unscripted chat and drinks. Unlike most talk shows which feature one guest at at time, ROVE LA invites three celebrities to sit together and participate in the whole show. McManus also takes a camera crew into the streets of Los Angeles to explore the wonderful strangeness of Hollywood life and the people who unintentionally make us laugh. So what’s in store for this week’s competition? Adam Lambert is nominated for ‘Trespassing,’ the Michael Jackson-esque, Pharrell Williams-produced title single from his second studio LP (which also happens to be one of our picks for the Best Albums of 2012). Cher Lloyd is also in the running for her second ‘Sticks + Stones’ single in the U.S., ‘Oath.’ The song features writer/rapper Becky G, and the bubbly, pop-rap, friendship ballad is another surefire hit for the British starlet.

But Adam and Cher have some big names to beat if they want to win this week’s About to Pop poll! Pink and No Doubt are both nominated for their newest singles, ‘Try’ and ‘Looking Hot,’ respectively. Pink’s outstanding vocals are at their finest on ‘Try,’ a synthy, midtempo track about picking yourself back up after heartbreak.
