INFORMATION FOR THE WE ARE FAMILY FOUNDATION GALA 2.0 CONCERT THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 2013 MANHATTAN CENTER- HAMMERSTEIN BALLROOM 311 West 34th Street New York, NY DOORS OPEN AT 8:15PM. YOU MUST NOT LINE UP PRIOR TO 7:30PM. THE VENUE WILL STRICTLY ENFORCE THIS. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING. You must arrive no later than 8:45PM. AN AUDIENCE ASSISTANT WILL BE IN FRONT OF THE ENTRANCE TO CHECK YOU IN AND DIRECT YOU INTO THE LOBBY OF THE THEATER. PLEASE TELL AUDIENCE ASSISTANTS WHEN YOU ARRIVE THAT YOU ARE A CONCERT TICKET HOLDER. Audience assistants will check you in under your name. You must arrive for the concert between 8:15PM and 8:45PM. Please try to arrive well before 9PM. We discourage late entrance to the concert. Convenient Subways to the Theater are 34th Street Stop - A, C, E, 1, 2, 3. PLEASE BE ON TIME. Thank you. ALL SEATING IS GENERAL ADMISSION. YOU WILL BE TAKEN UP IN GROUPS TO THE BALCONY SEATS. Please understand that we will be seating you during an important part of the GALA PROGRAM and we ask thatYOU STAY AS QUIET AS POSSIBLE OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE GALA ATTENDEES AND HONOREES UNTIL THE CONCERT BEGINS. The concert is expected to begin at approximately 9:15PM but as with many Gala events this timing may change slightly which is why we suggest that you get there within the 8:15PM - 8:45PM time frame to assure that you will be in your seat when the concert begins. There will be a security check upon entering the venue. Please avoid bringing any large bags or briefcases, as there is no coat check and it slows down the security check. Do not bring food or drink into the theater – it is prohibited. You will be able to purchase beverages at the venue. Again, we have a polite reminder. Please turn off your mobile phone, smartphone and other electronic devices when you enter the theater and please adhere to our quiet policy as you are taking your seats and until the beginning of the concert so that we can finish the Gala portion of the evening and get to the concert without disruption. I pm'd 4EverAdam that whenever someone needs a pic with a better resolution for printing purposes, feel free to ask me  Some of the original pics I edit are just too small to be printed, but for example the one I posted today I found in guite a good resolution on the internet. |
