This image is the first time I have been able to obtain the 3D third and surprisingly, once having produced it, I could move my eyes a little bit and explore the third middle image. It stayed quite fixed. Make sure the distance is just right and don't open your eyes too wide. You will see scraps of the picture move and I even got two partial images before they combined into the full third. Relax. <sigh> I still can't do it....... I find that I have to make the pictures fairly small to see the 3D effect. I cannot do it when there are a larger size. So try playing with the size. (On a PC, in the browser, hold down the "Ctrl" key and hit the "-" key several times till the size is good for you. The "Ctrl" & "+" to keys to make it bigger again.)

This award-pic was the first one of Dr. Bri's photos in which the 3D-effect worked for me! But I had to move my head back and keep a bigger distance to my computer-screen than I normally do! (Could of course also be the commencing hyperopia because of my age, lol!)

LOL, yes, they already tweeted about the ring when he wore it in the cute pic together with Riff a few days ago! Here is the post of houselady with the tweet from yesterday's thread! Can someone please tell me what I'm supposed to do with these photos from Brian? Relax my eyes in order to see a 3 D pic?? I can't seem to do it and I usually am pretty good at it - at best I get 3 images.....or maybe that's not the intention? I guess I missed the Brian May photo tutorial. Concentrate your gaze (not an intense stare or focus) on the black center line about mid way down. Don't get too close to the screen. As your eyes relax slightly crossing, the image should pull in to the middle. You will still see the original two images to the right and left but the middle image will be in 3D. It takes a bit of practice and patience, but once you let it happen it is easy to do again. Good Luck! Thanks guys for the instructions, I stared for different sets of 5 mins, nope, don't work for me... I'm a hopeless case, I can't be hypnotized either.

I cross my eyes and stare at the air about 5 inches in front of the screen. (I'm about three feet away) When you start seeing double you are getting there and if you are looking at something that is already doubled like Dr. May's pictures at that point you should start seeing triple. Once you see triple you relax your eyes and while still crossed you just enjoy seeing triple. Once going into triple is easy then you start focusing on different parts of the screen with the center being more easy. This is the hard part because you have to train yourself not to uncross your eyes as you focus so you'll keep going back to regular view instead of staying in triple. Here's some extra incentive for Hoppers and since it's an old thread I'll throw in this flower because the 3D is a bit more dramatic so easier to see.

OMG JABLEA, I GOT IT! THANK YOU!!!
(it was the "stare in the air about 5 inches from the screen" pointer that made all the difference - concentrating on the actual plane of the screen was shutting me down)
Now I'm going to go search all of Brian photos! LOL
