I'm wondering if Adam has moved beyond A3 by this time. I mean it's been awhile since the Max Martin summer camp, and Adam evolves so quickly in his musical tastes, I'm hoping he still loves the music by the time he gets to perform it. I think QAL is good for Adam since his label is biding it's time and staging its release. When was the Max Martin camp? It seems so long ago and I have wondered also if the focus of A3 may have changed some.

I think QAL is good for Adam since his label is biding it's time and staging its release. I am almost positive that Adam is really excited about A3 which he started working on January-February 2014 and finished in early November 2014 -- so really not that long ago. Since the album was not done until last month, the label wasn't really sitting on it. In fact, it seems they wanted it to be released in 2014. I am just happy that small things are happening now like him being on the WBR Twitter Artists list, and WBR following Adam. Hopefully we will get a press release and info soon -- maybe first of the year to leverage the BBC concert press? I think Q+AL is spectacular for Adam -- he has the money to do what he wants, and the UK-Europe tour is so well timed for a March-May, 2015 Adam solo album release. Things seems lined up really well for him.

Here is the timeline for A3 -- it may seem long ago but it was mid-February to early April. The album was not done until November -- probably less than a month ago. November 12, 2013: Adam said they were talking to a couple of labels and big producers. January 6, 2014: Adam confirmed new music in the works. February 15, 2014: Adam was reported to be in Sweden fans concluded it was for A3. Not confirmed. March 20, 2014: Billboard confirms Adam working with Max Martin, and that Max put together a writing camp for Adam April 8, 2014: Adam returns to LA from Sweden. Appears to be the end of the writing camp in Sweden. June 25, 2014: Ryan Seacrest says that Adam's album will be released in "early 2015". September 6, 2014: Adam back in LA and next stop is the recording studio. (Seems like he took a week off first.) November 8, 2014: "It's almost done" "probably early next year" Mid-November: Adam confirms album is done. December 16, 2014: Adam appears on the WBR Twitter Artists Lists (I believe this means that WBR accepted the album in November or early December.) So while it may seem like forever, looks like he cut the deal about a year ago, and started active work on the album mid-February 2014. So it took less than a year. Assuming that they wait until after Q+AL to release the album, that puts it at March - May, 2015. Labels generally do not create promotional plans and release schedules until after an album is done and they have accepted it. So they are probably still working on that part.
