Have been also looking for that big surprise, just like everyone else.
Iheart seems like a good guess.
I was wondering whether this Nile Rogers project, where he was bringing together everyone and anyone he has worked with, for one song, is resulting in a mega performance there at that event. That would mean Duran Duran (connection via twitter, just today), Madonna (who is anyways there), any many, many more. Not sure, I'd go as far as throw the name Bowie out, that might be pushing it, but pretty much the rest of them.
While it would be huge to be participating in such a performance with all these legends on the same stage, and would give him great visibility, It's not like any other AI finalist ever would be found in that crowd, yet on the other hand
it would not be something that presents his single. So, I don't know. Maybe it is a one-two punch.
This mega performance at i-Heart, and then, when his name is sufficiently in the news, some public place to introduce the first single.
Again, I know nothing, just guessing around, or rather day-dreaming, like anyone else.

Did any of you check out the movie, I Origins, which Adam talked about? My DH and I just saw it, and it was stunning. It left you after it was over watching the credits scroll, unable to utter one word. It was really good.

Justin Timberlake will be receiving the iHeartRadio Innovator Award during the show. Last year, when Pharrell won the award, there was an intro package and then Pharrell performed a medley of his own music. But if they have other artists participating in a medley of Timberlake songs, I wonder if Adam could be involved in that, in addition to hopefully performing his own single? I'm reaching now, but it's fun to daydream!
Also, Joey, a contestant that I like a lot, will be performing "Mad World" on AI tonight.
