WOW. Glowing is the understatement of the year!!!!! British Press at the perfect time for the single dropping in the UK. You can't buy this stuff (hmmmm or maybe you can) But even if you "buy" the opportunity, it takes an AFL to majority capitalize with his talent and charisma and .....and.......(fill in endless adjectives)

Adam Lambert re-jigs the lyrics of Queen’s ‘We
BY NEWSMEDIAON JULY 17, 2015'
It seems like just yesteday James Corden was late night’s new kid on the block, but last night he celebrated his 50th episode of The Late Late Show. Well, you’d likely do what anyone would do: Call up Adam Lambert and have him serenade you with a Queen classic catered especially to you. Adam Lambert found a unique – and hilarious – way to mark James Corden’s 50th edition of The Late Late Show this week, adapting one of Queen’s signature songs to pay tribute to the presenter! “He’s paid his dues, done 50 shows / How he survived it?” There’s apparently a thin line between a hokey, tongue-in-cheek gag and an unforgettable, face-melting rock performance – and that line is Adam Lambert.Adam essentially parodies the song, rewriting all of the lyrics to fit the narrative of Corden’s show as it reached episode 50.

Just couldn't wait to come here and gush! Adam was perfection on two legs. Voice, look, humor, attitude comic timing. You name it. This GT performance was one of the best so far. He nailed it. But then, we expect no less from him. The WATC parody was very funny. Adam did it with perfect mock-seriousness, but always with a wink in his eye. Couldn't have been better. And his chat with James afterward was great. Adam can mug and joke with the best of them. And Sir Ian! what can I say! He obviously adores Adam. I am quite sure that he wouldn't mind sitting on Adam's lap. Or vice versa. Ian is a perfect example of a very handsome older man who just gets sexier with age. So glad that he and Adam met each other. Sir Ian is a Glambert, for sure. Adam is finally breaking into the big late night shows. I hope it continues. He is a wonderful guest, beyond his singing performances. The producers, etc. of these shows MUST discover that fact. His wit, charm, humor and intelligence are every bit as entertaining as any guest I can think of. He and Stephen Colbert would make for an interesting program. Hope it happens. SNL is still asleep at the wheel, but hey. If TOH continues to do well, and if these other shows bring Adam into more public view, it just might happen. Love the comments here about seeing Adam for the first time, maybe on this show. What a jaw-dropper! What an eye-opener! He just grabs your attention, your heart and your soul. At least that's what happened to me. He really is the perfect guest because he can sing, he can perform like the pro he is, he can command a stage, and he is well spoken, charming, polite, respectful and funny, and also, a bit cheeky, a bit naughty, which gives him character. He is also sex on legs, none of us probably noticed that..

And me, on NYE! I am one of the original Glamberts, having been blown away during the Idol audition. As I have written before, I was only half-watching the show. When he said he had been in Wicked for a year and a half, I realized that he was a credible singer to be hired for such a gig. So, I knew it wouldn't end up being one of those embarrassingly bad auditions that the producers thought were funny and I thought were cruel. I wouldn't have to mute the TV. Then, like many others, I heard "Mama." Like Dorothy opening the door of her sepia, monochrome house to espy technicolor Oz the first time, my perception of the world changed. And it was just 17 words sung. I cannot imagine the impact NYE QAL had on you folks who discovered him then. How thrilling and mind-altering. I, too, need to go re-watch it and imagine being in your shoes. Very nicely put, Cassie..
