And this is why we all love him so......Adam really gets what he and his music mean to all of us. Heartbreakingly beautiful. I thought this was so poignant and needed to be posted on the current thread.....Not sure how to bring it over to Saturday's thread? In another tweet the boy's mother said her son was 13yrs old. Jellystars @leader4glamfam @idontneedamap82 My 13 year old shared with his permission so intense <3 i love it

His show in Dubai is on February 11. Emirates has a daily non-stop flight leaving Dubai at 8:30 a.m. And arriving in Los Angeles at 12:45 the same day (16 hrs 15 minutes, ugh!). So, it's doable. Not fun, but doable. Has it been confirmed that Nile is talking about a Bowie tribute? I would think that Nile is talking about a Bowie tribute at the Grammy's on Feb 15. Rehearsal would be on Feb 14, so Adam would need to be back by then. I think Nile sometimes sends public tweets by mistake. But then again, there may be a method to his forgetfulness...

The amount of stock and the shelving allocated to Oreo in two supermarkets I frequent seems a huge bump up. Plus they are on sale! Marketing game plan is full steam ahead. I have to say the packaging is nice and shiny but once you cut the top...no closure of any type and the cover was so tight it was challenging to slide the flimsy tray back in. (No cookie jars anymore were to = less temptation. Kinda didn't work.) Oh what we put up, with for Adam! Rough life! Edit- talking cookies and back track to view the thread.... The capture of Adam and the young boy....fills me with emotion....no words needed. Speaking as sort of an Oreo expert (our house is hardly ever without them), a few years ago they changed the package so you don't have to cut the end open and slide out the tray. Now you can peel back the top to expose most of the cookie tray, and then fold it back and seal it with a not too sticky adhesive. I assumed they must use that packaging everywhere because it really works well. And as with lots of things, I wondered why I didn't think of it! Oh golly...went to test this out. I thought you meant like the Cadbury Chocolate bar concept ...so I pulled on the back seam...which does not re seal and thought oh oh this is silly....this isn't right as it opens on the bottom. Guess one should actually read the very small print re pull back the front panel, and really read your direction before dashing to try this out. Sheesh....Actually a very brilliant concept. EVERGREEN Thanks for the ...."How to open a package of Oreo's" lesson. Amazing what one learns on Adamtopia! Haha
