I didn't read the original article - I'm time challenged these days - so I thought we knew there was a project but that we didn't know what it was ........ I hate when Real Life cuts into my Berting time Does anybody think that there is a possibility Lady Gaga would have "surprise" guests join her in the Bowie medley? In my dreams, Adam walks on stage and sing "Let's Dance" with her. I love that dream, but - since you asked - I don't think it's a possibility. :(

Thanks everybody for the replies! Another random thought this morning.....lol A friend of Linda/VestaRose had told her to be sure and try an ice cream treat in OZ called "Golden Gaytime". After the first Melbourne show, they had Golden Gaytimes at the Palais Theatre venue concession stand and Sandy, Linda, Nadine and I all got one. It was so delicious....really, really good. So we had another one after the next Melbourne show, followed by another after Adelaide show and then again in Sydney. We had to walk to a convenience store near our hotel for the last ones. Instead of celebrating each show with a nightcap....we opted for a Golden Gaytime.

You can say that again! Berting is one of the most fulfilling things I do. Adam's a quality guy, so I call it "quality time."

I don't think that will happen either. But what is so frustrating is the clear as a bell request by Nile Rodgers to Adam saying he wanted him, NEEDED him, to come on the 14th. Nile obviously had Adam on his radar to do something with that tribute. You'd think Nile would have some pull, considering he's the musical director of the show. But apparently things are not all up to him. Too bad. Adam would have been a real asset to the show. Gaga will be fine, of course. She's singing the National Anthem at the Superbowl, too.

www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Hpc3RWM-MII agree with everyone who is annoyed at people talking through Adam's singing...So rude! And it's not one quick exchange, they talk like nonstop, through all the videos... Why go to see his performance if you spend it talking with your friends???
It is rude, but unfortunately, not rare. I've been to my share of concerts, some pretty pricey, where some others around me paid little if any attention to the performer and just chatted among themselves with no regard for others around them. It's a little more acceptable (maybe) at those huge outdoor festival shows where everyone is kind of milling around anyway. But at this small, intimate performance, it was just plain rude. Performers get used to it, though, and they remain professional and do their best, just like Adam did.
