I want to tell ya'll something funny that happened at work today. For the last two days one of my coworkers has been putting a lot of requests on my desk. This morning when I got to work there was a picture of Adam Levine's face on a stick that she had stuck in my keyboard with a note thanking me for all the work I had done. I thought she knew I was an Adam Lambert fan and was teasing me by putting up the wrong picture. Anyway, I crossed out Adam Levine's face and wrote "Wrong Adam!!" on the picture and put it on her keyboard. When she got to work she came over and it turned out she really thought I was into Adam Levine not Adam Lambert, even though I have an Adam Lambert calendar on my desk. I laughed all morning thinking about Atop and how the press always mixes up the two. It made me smile all day and I couldn't wait to tell ya'll. It takes very little to make me happy obviously LOL!!! I actually took a picture of it on my desk with my phone, but I'm tech challenged and don't know how to put it on my computer! Aww...great story! Now you will have to bring in a pic of Adam on a stick and put it on her keyboard!!

OOps! Something went wrong! I meant to comment on the photos above - not create a new post . . . oh well! I'm taken right back to one year ago, when I had THAT MOMENT! You bet - we are the most loyal, most discerning, truest fans in the world - and I think it's because so many of us never meant to be 'fans'. Speaking for myself, of course, but I didn't ever, in my wildest dreams, think I would be where I am today. With 'a kiss from a rose' on my hand. Following the daily activities of a man I will never really know, but whose voice and presence keyed something inside of me, eight years ago, and it's 'burning still'. Selfishly I thank whomever - Adamrocks? - for posting this. It made a long day at the hospital seek perspective. I have such joy in my life. Thank you, Adam! Thank you, family, friends, Adamtopia. The white hair is getting whiter. Need camoflauge!

Adam Lambert had to insure voice for £30 million
10 February 2016
Adam Lambert
Adam Lambert insured his voice for £30 million because he's worried about not being able to earn a living if something affected his ability to sing. The 'For Your Entertainment' hitmaker took out the huge policy in 2012 to safeguard his voice and he insists it's a sensible thing to do because it's what he uses to pay his bills. He said: "My voice is my bread and butter man, I got to insure this. J Lo insured her booty, right? Listen - this is what I'm making my money on." The news of his insurance policy surfaced after the success of his tours with the surviving members of Queen - Brian May and Roger Taylor - something Adam, 34, never imagined would last as long as it has and never expected to have so much control over. He told The National: "I didn't expect it to go on this long. Brian May and Roger Taylor are just so kind to me, they're really supportive and really let me have a lot of freedom with the songs, which I didn't expect at all." Queen and Lambert will headline this year's Isle of Wight Festival in June and guitar hero May is excited for festival-goers to see how Lambert has refreshed their hits and he believes late frontman Freddie Mercury would have "loved" Adam's interpretations of his songs. Brian previously said: "I think Queen at The Isle of Wight Festival is a date that was long overdue. How incredible to take on this challenge at this point in our lives. With an injection of new blood in the shape of the incredible Adam Lambert, Queen will be ready to tear it up on this legendary stage in 2016. Freddie would have loved it. Can't wait."

Well, there ya go! Light hair looks good He looks gorgeous! After all my talk about "natural" this hair colour, as it looks in this picture, looks as close to his own colour as we have seen to date...i think...Mind you, it is still coloured as you cannot "un-color" hair...you can just bleach and colour it as close as possible to its original colour. I don't expect him to leave it this way long enough to ever get it actually natural...that is too boring for starters and Adam does not like things to stay the same that long. It still looks like he has coloured his facial hair....I doubt very much that his natural grows that dark and we have seen lighter 'roots' at times....not sure what he will do about that... He is such fun to follow.....now if we could just convince him to 'talk' to us more often.....

Thank you for all of the positive vibes for my audition. I felt you all with me when I nailed that note and the chins of the panel dropped. There were 5 of us going for the part and I would say it's between myself and one other person. In terms of tonight's audition I would say the part should go to me, however the other girl is a very good singer as well and she has been involved with this production group for many years. If politics come into play she will get the part and I am ok with that. I was just proud of myself for getting out of my comfort zone and standing up in front of a judging panel and a room full of people and hitting that note !
Now we know where Adam is so all is right with the world.
