I've been checking out the livestream periodically and see Bruce is still on?! How long is his set? I think it's been over 2 hours already. He played and sang for 2 hours and 40 minutes, without any breaks. While I was watching I was thinking how much I missed his original saxophonist and lifelong friend, Clarence Clemons Jr., who passed away in 2011. Then when Bruce was doing his band intros, he called out his current saxophonist, Jake Clemons, nephew! So talented, like his beloved uncle. I loved the way Bruce connected with the massive audience. In his ballad encore, the camera panned the audience and focused on (most likely, though I don't like to make assumptions) a young gay couple, embracing and enjoying the moment, what a wonderful scene.

Yes, Bruce is still on... I tried the Chinese site and it did not work on Chrome, but does work on Internet Explorer 11. So hoping I can watch at least part of QAL live if China streams. I was hesitant to click on things I couldn't understand, but once the concert was streaming it was "there" without any further clicking by me. music.le.com/izt/rir1/index.html#vid=25455660

Hmmm... this makes me wonder if the red microphone and the red leather jacket from TOH will make an appearance...

I hope this is true for her. Billboard also tweeted about it, but deleted the tweet afterwards. Entertainment Weekly @ew Dr. Luke gives Kesha approval to perform at the Billboard Music Awards: bit.ly/1XCSDgu I know that show biz is full of all kinds of "opportunities." I try not to be cynical (and it's really not my nature), but Kesha's "scandal" with Dr. Luke has helped her get her comeback. I'm not saying she wasn't treated badly, but the result of it all is that she gets to be on a major awards show and gets "permission" to perform on it. Talk about an ironic career boost. Anything's possible when it comes to unexpected opportunities. And I don't know why I have red underlines beneath the end of my post. ????

I'm having a very weird day.

One might argue that without him, she might not have needed to make a comeback. Her career has been on hold because he controls her.

Here I am ---just like a little kid running home from school, totally out of breath, because I can't wait to share what happened-----Went to my doctor's appointment, then had to do some errands. Was sitting in the parking lot of the post office and decided to relax a few moments sipping my iced tea. Found myself turning on my car radio to our local pop music station here in San Diego. I had stopped listening to the station several months ago when Adam's Another Lonely Night was no longer being played. Don't ask me why---but I turned on 94.1 FM and the first thing I hear is that other- worldly angel voice singing, "Died, last night in my dreams....." After all this time , there it was again! And I could feel such a JOY, once again--I found myself thinking---This was just for me- and I needed to hear Adam's voice today---and then I softly said, to "no one there" Thank You....
How can this man still cast such a loving glow after all these years?
