Thanks to all who bring the goodies here. Loving all the videos. Makes me very excited for the Brussels concert. A little OT so feel free to scroll. My maternal grandfather's family came from Malaga, Spain. When I was in Barcelona a few years ago, I went to the Picasso museum and was intrigued because his mother shared the same surname as my grandfather's family and came from Malaga also. Hmmmmm....wonder if somehow Picasso is a long lost relative. Could explain why we have so many artists in the family (sculptor and painters) as well as some eccentrics. LOL! That would be cool and the connections with both name and town would be strong.

One wonders about these reviewers....Champagne spray......??? ....and the other review indicating Adam coming out in a SUIT with a crown. It's not Champagne? That same review that said suit translated called the drums a battery so safe to say Google translates a bit weird and anything with a jacket is a suit. I'm glad everyone is so positive. Most likely water but certainly Champagne is implied. The 'suit', pants and jacket although casual - likely a bit of translation loss. Battery seems to be referring to the drum kit out front ( the moveable one as opposed to the kit). Often you see battery used to describe the drum line in a marching band. The reviews have indeed been very positive and why not? It is a great fun show. More reading: from www.spanishdict.com/translate/bater%C3%ADa"batería FEMININE NOUN 1. I'm jealous too. Never saw her live. Here is Tina Turner in 2000 "One Last Time Live" at Wembley Statdium on her 'Twenty Four Seven Tour' ... She was maybe in her 50/60's? She was 60. She's now 76 years old.

I think it does count for her vote, but it is better to wait until the show is on so it can spike at the right time. This is from Itunes. Name Artist Time Price 1 Down That Road (The Voice Performance) Alisan Porter 3:52 $1.29 View In iTunes 1 Song Editors’ Notes Vote for your favorite artists on The Voice by purchasing the song they performed in this week’s live show— purchases of eligible singles count as votes from 9:55 p.m. EST, Monday, May 23 through 12:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, May 24. Each artist whose song appears in the top ten (10) of the iTunes “Top 200 Singles Chart” at the close of the voting window will receive a 10X multiplier of the total number of iTunes votes for that song. Even purchases made outside each week’s voting window may count as a vote. Purchases of eligible singles from 9:55 p.m. EST, Monday, April 11 to 12:00 p.m. EST, Tuesday, May 24 will count towards the cumulative total number of votes for each artist in the finale. Only your first purchase of an artist’s eligible song counts as a vote. For full voting rules and other vote methods, visit nbc.com/voicevote. This is what I was going by...has it changed? Buying during the hightlighted time amplifies the vote count (10x) if the song makes top10. Purchases at other times appear to count but not at the increased level. If you can, it is better to buy during that voting period window.

Tina was 60 in that Wembley stadium video I think! I saw her once in Birmingham in 1997 during her Wildest Dreams Tour. The best show I had ever seen...ever. Hard to believe she's now 76!
ETA: Thanks satisfied....I guessed right.

She was 60. She's now 76 years old. Thanks satisfied. Isn't she just amazing! At 60 she had so much energy dancing and singing all over the stage and in the air, too !!(lol) Her concerts were a great big dance party..everybody singing, dancing, and having big smiles on their faces!! I'm sure those lucky enough to see her live in concert will never forget the experience. Again, just like someone else we know!

Guess I was thinking the champagne episode the person was talking about aligned with Killer Queen like last time. Which song did he do it on? Thx I did see him bend down once to pick up a bottle?? from the side of the runway ...but then the video ended/cut of before a good visual of what he picked up could be seen.

ETA: Thanks satisfied....I guessed right. Thanks to you too, Bamafan. Oh...I envy you sooo much getting to experience a live concert.!! After I married I really didn't get to go to many concerts or listen to a lot of music unfortunately while raising my family. But when I was young music was so important to me. I would sing and dance away many fun weekends...good times/good times! And now..after Adam got me appreciating music again...and now free to do whatever the heck I want...I am feeling in my element again!!

I think it does count for her vote, but it is better to wait until the show is on so it can spike at the right time. Fwiw...there is a lot of bias against Xtina to the point that people are not voting for Alisan...I know this because a friend of mine who is an avid Voice fan spoke of her own bias against Alisan, and spoke also fo some comments she read that reported the same thing. Perhaps it is important that we show Alison just a little love to counteract that. Not to mention the country fellow is going to capture most of Mary Sarah's votes, I expect, plus he has some Christian group's support.... Sorry if to OT
