I am sorry but just can't warm up to Adam's snapchats. They are mostly silly...but I guess snapchat filters are fun to a creative person who's kind of a show-off. Seems to me his Twitter lately is mostly promoting music or making timely political statements, etc. and his Instagram is mostly reposts of pics or artwork floating around online. So, I guess the snapchats are the most personal communications we fans are getting from him. JMHO etal.

We now know that, as strange as it may seem to him, he is actually "vacationing" in his own home.

Adam has given us a little gem. Well, has given me, the vocal nerd, a little gem. In snap #7, when he sings Ring of Fire, the bottom note is an F#2. Not a very good F#2, admittedly, and slightly sharp with some vocal fry, but good enough to count as the lowest note I have heard him sing. It exceeds his previous low in Runnin, the live version, by a step and a half. And makes his proven vocal range, live, at 3.5 octaves. Without falsetto or the so-called whistle range. ( Live is important as in the studio pitch can be electronically altered beyond what the artist can actually produce.) When that music producer , Rob, said several years ago that Adam could sing every note on the guitar I thought he was being figurative, not literal. But, F#2 is just one full note above the lowest note on a guitar, so, I guess it was not an exaggeration. I know, I know, I always am harping on how vocal range is not a good criteria for how great a voice is. And I stand by that. But, 3.5 octaves is damned impressive. (The tenor range is usually quoted as being two octaves, C3-C5.) Admittedly not an ear for sound here, but sounds to me like that filter has some voice distortion built in to it. ? ?

He uses filters for almost every one of them. I love his, and Adam's! While I would prefer to see my grand daughters w/o the filters, it give me a peek into their silly personalities!

Adam Lambert mention in Financial Times (eh?) article about Sam Cooke song "A Change is Gonna Come": next.ft.com/content/8b88324c-4752-11e6-8d68-72e9211e86ab"It is a frequent and often incongruous visitor to TV talent shows, although a 2009 American Idol finalist, Adam Lambert, invested the song with substance by performing it in make-up and changing a line to “my change is gonna come”. Lambert, whose open homosexuality had been stoutly ignored by the show, went on to top the Billboard charts, as well as touring in the Freddie Mercury spot with Queen. "
