That vids going viral. Bodes well for the Qal tour. Which I predict we'll be the best one yet. I mean Qal have not had this level of publicity in the past correct me if I'm wrong. There was actually much more promo effort and more press in 2014 than this tour. They did that big press conference in NYC and more appearances. But tickets are selling briskly and they did all they needed to do because they were good in 2014. Two differences this tour promo are: 1. The press is more positive. 2. Adam is doing most of the promo. Brian and Roger did the RS Interview, one performance and a couple bits more -- then flew home. I think this will be a mostly sold out tour -- like the last tour. There will be some venues that only sell 80%ish but that is because they are playing Houston+Dallas and KC+Omaha and Detroit+Cleveland which are really close to each other. Cleveland will be interesting, classic rock acts don't usually sell out in Cleveland which is ironic because they will be down the street from the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame -- the big perfect venue for QAL is Blossom Music Center which is where I wish they were booked. It is an outdoor pavilion venue, the summer home of the Cleveland Symphony and several miles from my home. The acoustics are amazing!! Too bad that I did not get to plan this tour! I would have found a way to get QAL in Atlanta and Miami. Although it was great for fans, it is great there are no small venues on this tour like they had in Vegas last time. And no second tier venues in dead markets like Atlantic City, NJ (although that is a great venue for acoustics and they did almost fill it.) Overall, this tour has the top venues everywhere. Of course, the QAL tour will be great. That's a given. And I love how the James Corden video is getting so many views. MY personal wish is that all this comes around to benefit Adam with his OWN NEXT ALBUM and HIS OWN NEXT SOLO TOUR. Any exposure he can get with Queen will hopefully heighten is chances to some decent sales with A4 that will result in a solo tour. I know that QAL is Adam's real bread and butter right now. That's where he earning the big bucks. But QAL will not last forever. Adam has a whole lifetime to perform and grow and expand his career. QAL is helping that happen.

I wish they had asked him to sing the SSB at the Superbowl. Regarding the SuperBowl HT Show -- I am sure the pressure is horrific. I don't think it would not necessary be the best thing for his career right now. Adam does not have either the hits or mass fame that made the best SB Halftime Shows great, Queen does -- so it would have to be Queen+AL. And that just would make him famous as the best cover singer/vocalist in the world. Sorry, I want Adam to put out a great album (A4?) and gain fame as a solo artist/singer songwriter. And if it was QAL, what about Brian? I really would not like to see him under that kind of stress. I am so glad he is back, but he really did not look 100% on the LLS to me. That is so true. Maybe someday in the future he will be ask!
