The awards show, airing Sunday, will feature tributes to the stars. “While the primary focus of the Grammy Awards is to celebrate and honor the year’s best in music, we consider it our responsibility to tell music’s broader story by honoring its legends lost—that’s what we strive to achieve with our annual tributes,” Grammys Executive Producer Ken Ehrlich said in a statement. “While it’s nearly impossible to convey the full depth of an artist’s cultural impact in a single performance, it’s that very challenge that has led us to some of our most memorable Grammy moments.” It has not yet been announced which artists will participate in each tribute, but previously-announced performers include Katy Perry,John Legend, Metallica, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Bruno Mars, Adele, and, reportedly, Beyoncé. The 59th annual Grammys, hosted by James Corden, will air Sunday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.

Reaction the YT from Late Late Show: TC Mangan 11 hours ago Never seen Adam Lambert before. Didn't imagine he'd be this good. And, can't help but wonder how Freddie and George Michael managed to create a child. Cloning, maybe? aviva goodmam 16 hours ago how bad is this that i just realized what an amazing singer adam lambert is? Mostly positive reactions. Very nice to see! I know I said this on the previous thread, but just have to say that comments like this make me so happy that new people discover Adam for the first time and love him, but I'm also sad that so many still don't know him at all. Grrr.

I wonder if he has even been thought of by the creators of the show? I can't believe his name hasn't come up. Why is it always the same acts? (exception: Glad to see Metallica on the show this time. They totally kick ass. Been a fan for years.) But back to Adam, I have to believe that his name came up somewhere. Coming from me, a totally biased and Adam-centered fan, it's time to include him in these things! LOL

revlisacat.... in ref to
I am trying to buy a ticket through the Adam Lambert fan club for Houston, and after losing some tickets because the timer ran out, the site won't let me in to buy a ticket. I keep getting a message saying the sale is restricted. Anybody else having trouble with this? Any way around this? "waves for help"
I am now getting your "restricted" message when I use the ALF code for the Houston show. I can still process the Queen Fancode, but their seats aren't as good. Just wanted you to know that you're not the only one. Don't know why the "restricted" message...thought maybe because I was playing around too much.....not sure.
ETA: It's letting me back in now with the ALF code...but the same seats from last night are still popping up.

Shosh was asked if Adam will attend the Grammy's on Sunday. She hasn't debunked it even though she has been online.
So slight hope he'll at least be there!
