He won't need any yard man...front is all concete and back astroturf....just a pool man and house cleaner..lol. I can't imagine opening up all those huge walled windows, especially at nite with all the lites on.......maybe they don't have flying insects in Hollywood. :D Wonder if he'll do many changes to things....other than the tile. Lots of white walls, so IDK. I'm not feeling the kitchen, but it's all way too modern and open for my tastes anyway Adam likes modern houses and classical tattoos. Go figure...lol. Adam will need heavy blackout curtains in his bedroom if he wants to remain a night owl and sleep till noon.

I agree about the kitchen, it is waaay to small for a house of that size and in that price range. Buyer's expect a large kitchen decked out with high end everything. This kitchen is at best about the same as a semi custom home in a subdivision. I also worry about his fur baby and those floating stairs.....if it makes him happy I'm happy for him. I just hope he hasn't purchased another house that will be difficult to sell when he's ready. I agree. Floating stairs may look pretty, but they can be a hazard. They'd make me dizzzy too I'm afraid. Interesting looking thru the history on the Redfin site. This house sold in 2014 for $1,880...and was listed in Jan 2017 for $6,999 and sold a month later Feb 2017 for $6,800,000. Then relisted for $7,299 in April of this year and reduced in June of 2018 to $6,999 and Adam bought it for $6.5. Obviously it was completely redone back after 2014 purchase. I hope Adam got a good deal....it's hard to know in this type of real estate market. Seems a little high to me in comparison to his current house...similar neighborhood...slightly more square feet...looks like about the same view, etc. I noticed that Brad Downs was his RE agent again in this transaction.

Fabulous house, agree personally not feeling the kitchen but for entertaining and a causal life style it will be great. The redfin site is a bit of a mess, the variety article says the house was built in 2016, the 2014 sale was likely a tear down or maybe even vacant. Some one on an actual computer should be able to look on google earth at the historical pictures and tell for sure. guess that explains the tileshopping...gotta change stuff up! 🤷♀️ 😂😂😂😂
