Question: was the periscope from the 7th uploaded to YT? I was standing a few rows away on the rail. Would love bookmark/save the performance.

Don't know if we already have this article from yesterday. A few Adam mentions and a pic with Troye Interesting article. Troye came up through the social media avenue, YouTube. So did Bieber. I've heard Troye sing and his voice itself isn't much, but he sure does have a message to convey and it is connecting with millions. Interesting mention of the whole "pronouns" thing. Remember Adam with Fever? "There SHE goes...." and then he switched to There HE goes.." But that was on tour. He recorded the song with "She." Controversial at the time, almost ten years ago. Troye, Sam, have also faced the pronoun problem and handle it in their own way. This article really shows that gay artists are NOT all the same. Each one is an individual. Adam expressed this many times, especially in early interviews. Within a group, each person is unique.

Looks like this picture is the one from that photo shoot that has really captured the most attention. I love it. Must be the hat. Adam looks GREAT in hats.

OT Re Jennifer Hudson: If this is true that this is the way it happened, they did not need to do it this way in the media. They have rotated judges out before (Miley, Usher, Alicia, Pharrell etc.) so why make Jennifer look like a throw-a-way? Of course with Kelly's husband being her manager and Blake's she was not going anywhere. Besides they just bought a house in LA and put their Nashville home on the market so I guess Kelly now has a permanent spot like Blake and Levine. Jennifer was the odd woman out. www.msn.com/en-us/tv/news/john-legend-joins-the-voice-as-season-16-coach-exclusive/ar-BBNigVS?li=BBnb7Kz" John Legend in, Jennifer Hudson out. Legend, fresh off his Emmy win for his role in NBC's Jesus Christ Superstar Live, has joined The Voice as a coach for its upcoming 16th season in the spring. Legend will join the spring panel that includes returning coaches Kelly Clarkson, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton. Jennifer Hudson, who coached the 13th and upcoming 15th season of the NBC singing competition, is not returning. Carson Daly will again return as host. Legend, sources say, came to NBC with a desire to join The Voice. In addition to his Emmy for Jesus Christ Superstar Live, Legend is a new member of the rare EGOT club, having won 10 Grammys, an Oscar (for original song, "Glory," from Selma) and a Tony (for co-producing Jitney)." I'm not the least bit worried about Jennifer Hudson. Heck, she'll be playing Aretha Franklin in the inevitable biopic and will likely win another Oscar, etc. etc. She doesn't need to put out albums or go on big exhausting tours or worry about the Billboard charts. She does acting, she gets the judging gigs, does TV ads. She's broken through to that next level of celebrity. I wish I could figure out why I don't like her very much. She does everything right. Works hard. I just don't feel it.
