I like many of Adam's songs from every album (including some bonus tracks like "Down The Rabbit Hole", "Voodoo", "Runnin") but none of them were picked as singles. My daughter absolutely loves "Ghost Town" and I like it too but when I think of favorite Adam songs Shady, Chokehold, Runnin, Original High, come to mind, to name a few. I think his new label needs to trust his more left of center/eccentric side. It's fabulous! thank you You are welcome You said you are a fan of Adam's voice, and I believe you. I think it is fair to acknowledge that you are not the only one who has opinions about Adam's career and his music, and you are certainly not the first one who wonders why someone like Adam isn't even more successful as a solo artist. I think opinions do matter, however as this is a fan site we try to keep a positive vibe. After all, Adam should be celebrated for what he has accomplished already. I am a big fan of his voice too. It looks like you prefer more rock leaning Adam.

nica575 hahahaha spot on (not sure some got it though) Would Adam have joined Queen had he blown up with the first Album? Interesting question, to some probably would say no need to discuss this and just enjoy what is but for the sake of it: My GUESS would be that he would have worked with them, because he loves them and to kind of check that off his bucket list and then be bitten by the bug and then work with them repeatedly. Maybe not AS extensive as it is now. Shosh:"2019 will be fun!"

I dont think you get the purpose of this site. Like his music. Dont llike his music, well might nt be a fan. OR trolling Would Adam be succesfull wiithout Queen? Well without the success of his solo career. He prob would of not been in a position to work with Queen. Ghost Town was his biggest hit. He prob wouldent be doing stadiums without QAL. But like I said he had a succesfull solo career before Queen. And his last solo tour in 2015-2016. Was succesful. Elaevan’s question has merit even though many may choose not to consider it. Do you really think if he had blown up big with the first album, like Sam or Shawn did, he would even be doing the Queen thing? I think not. Queen filled a void financially, emotionally, visibly, and to some extent creatively when the going got rocky. That is a good thing for Adam in many ways but it also has its drawbacks. Without Queen would he have been hungrier, would he have explored other avenues, other visions, other paths to be heard? So many unknowns but one thing is certain, if you have no music out no one will hear it. I think if Adam had become as big as Sam Smith (I just don't see him being like Sheeran as he is not everybody's cup of tea artist) he would probably not do Queen tours but a couple of one-off for special occasions like the BBC , Awards shows, charity concerts etc. Sort of like Elton John did with Queen in the 90's. I bet Adam didn't think even after the short mini tour for anti Aids in 2012 that QAL would become a permanent gig. It would probably be a chance he would not pass because he is a fan and he would have worked out a few concerts to do it for himself mostly.
