My favorite photos of Adam are when he's in silhouette so I'm definitely ready for him to lose the "Mac Tonight" profile (Mack the Knife/Man in the Moon).

Lady Gaga Went alright... I'm pretty sure Gaga has been cast in main acting roles before this picture. Experience helps. Or can't hurt. She won a few Golden Globes before this movie. Really? Her wiki said she only won one. I think I am the only person on the planet who cannot stand her. Won't see ASIB. But also rarely ever watch remakes.

I don't know that much about her as a person, but I just can't stand the antics and her voice is soooo annoying to me.

But she did do two mini series so she was getting credit and great feedback as an actress before ASIB. And you are not the only one who is not a fan. I hesitate to say it because someone will always come and say it out of some kind of jealously, lol. But There I Said It. HA.

Supposedly Bruno Mars has been tapped to play Prince in a bio pic. Interesting! Is this it or some other movie with Bruno? www.vulture.com/2018/12/prince-movie-in-the-works.htmlA Prince Movie, But Not a Biopic, Is in the Works Prince will be on the big screen again. Variety reports that Universal has reached an agreement with Prince’s estate for the rights to a chunk of his catalogue and plans to turn them into an original movie. Crucially, this will supposedly not be a biopic — because, hello, Purple Rain already exists, and also who on this earth could portray him? — but will instead be “something like Mamma Mia!” where Prince’s songs drive the plot of the musical à la ABBA. Ooops, I saw the original in passing the other day while looking at something else but I guess it was just a rumor in Sept about a Netflix movie and they came out a few days later and said nope, not true. So #fakenews lol. I'll go back and correct my posting.

I can't stand her voice either from the beginning of her career. I don't like her as a person either. Always seemed so full of herself. Didn't really give Adam the time of day. I know they worked together but has she ever publicly said anything nice about Adam to her millions of fans (please correct me if I am wrong) even though he always publicly gushes about her. Couldn't understand why she kept getting asked for tributes when there were a lot more worthy people who could have been asked. Also don't find her attractive AT ALL.

I totally get what people mean about gags voice, totally, but in the movie she uses a (mostly) different color of her voice which I personally really liked. For me it was a beautiful movie and i think the soundtrack i a very good piece of music. This is totally unrelated to her previous work. I'm really no gaga fan, i respect her skills but i too can't warm up to her somewhat aggressive antics when she performs.

Just got an e-mail back from the VIP helpdesk. It seems QAL or Live Nation didn't want any people outside the US/Canada buy the VIP tickets. But someone said that last week there were European people buying VIP. So I'm still confused. "Thanks for your email. I do very much apologize for the inconvenience. It appears that's how the VIP provider set it up this time. There's no real deeper reason for it than that. Just that this time around the packager didn't set it up for international purchases. Sorry for the trouble, have a great day!" This is also mentioned nowhere on Ticketmaster or with VIP Nation. So spending precious time selecting these tickets was a complete waste. The VIPs that I bought are all Will Call with no option for delivery even in the US. That's the way it has been for VIP tickets at every QAL concert I have been to both in the US and in the UK since 2014. The whole Will Call is not the point here. Yes sandysva in NY it's not only Will Call, but also Print at Home or delivery to an address (which still has options if you don't live in the US). The whole point is that because you can't select "Other Country" at the Deliver page, people outside the USA or Canada can't buy the tickets at all! Because on the next page you have to enter your payment information and if you don't have a USA or Canada adress you can't complete the form. On the regular tickets there is a "Other Country" option with which you can just fill in your address plus your country. So they made it impossible for people outside of the USA or Canada to buy VIP tickets. This wasn't only for NYC yesterday, but for ALL venues. So imagine you coming to Europe in 2020 for QAL and you can't buy VIP because you aren't from the Netherlands or from the UK. That's what is happening here.

No problem, I was just trying to correct the perception about VIP and Will Call. I understand the problem (I didn't realize it had happened for all shows and not just MSG.) Unfortunately I don't have to imagine the scenario you described. That's exactly what happened to me when trying to purchase VIP tickets to the 2018 QAL New Zealand shows. I absolutely understand your frustration, especially when you're trying to purchase that first ticket and the "Other Country" option is not there. Meanwhile the other non-VIP tickets are disappearing fast. I'm so sorry that all of you great non-US/Canada fans such as you had to experience this. It sucks.
