I don’t know, why the original poster is crying, but Javi just posted this video, where he’s wearing Adam’s jacket. It also looks, as if Adam might have grown out of it, so it’s simply ok, that Javi just wears Adam’s „older“ stuff, IMO. 😁

I was just reading these comments on Pulse about Iggy. I don't know how much of this we knew if anything but thought I would post these comments, lol.
IGGY AZALEA ⚰️ ✔ @iggyazalea
So today’s the day!
I’m officially announcing my new label will be distributed via EMPIRE.
So satisfying to be able to keep everything about this new chapter 100% indie.
Bring on 2019!!! 😝🥰 6,632 After separating from Island Records earlier this month, on Tuesday (Nov. 20), Iggy Azalea officially announced a new partnership with indie hip-hop powerhouse EMPIRE.
The multi-platinum and GRAMMY nominated rapper has entered an exclusive global multi-year recording partnership with the San Francisco based company who will utilize its innovative label services to oversee "the release and promotion" of her forthcoming music, including her long-awaited sophomore album.
“I’m so excited to begin a new entrepreneurial chapter in my career with EMPIRE as my partner,” said Iggy Azalea. “The ability to have control of my own artistic future is a long awaited and monumental change in my life. I genuinely feel I am in the best position to achieve my creative ambitions.”
Ghazi Shami, founder and CEO of EMPIRE, said, “We’re excited to welcome Iggy to the EMPIRE family. Over the years, I’ve admired Iggy’s artistry, honest and direct relationship with her fans and tenacity as a businesswoman. I’m honored that we will have the opportunity to build upon her already exceptional career.”
In a series of tweets last week, Azalea said going forward she would own the masters to her future catalog and that she was now "100% independent," though she remained mum on her landing spot. "Proud to say I literally just signed my new deal/partnership!," she announced on Twitter. "2.7mil, can sign others, own my masters + 100% independent. I’m feeling like such a bossy grown ass bitch today! Time to get back to ME. I’m so grateful & excited. Cheers!"
In announcing her split with Island, the rapper said she hoped to release music early next year. “Well still no music this year tho…,” she wrote. “I am nowhere near ready direction wise etc with the stuff I’ve been working on and I don’t wanna jump the gun and have some messy era aesthetically. I’m aiming to be ready to share new music early next year!”
Producer J White, who coproduced Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” and “I Like It,” told Variety earlier this week that he’s scheduled to go into the studio with Azalea, although the project seemed destined for his forthcoming solo album.
It’s been a rocky few months for the Australian rapper, who spoke earlier this year of an intervention for her mental health being staged by her management, one that resulted in enrolling in a facility in Arizona. The rapper had moved from Def Jam to Island earlier this year (both companies are part of Universal Music Group) and released her first music in four years, 6 song EP Survive The Summer featuring Tyga and Wiz Khalifa in August.
Another comment: Empire got Remy and Fat Joe at Top 20 Grammy Nominated hit, Tyga a Top 10 hit, something can give for her.

I wonder if these are teenagers, lol.

Interesting about Iggy.....$2.7 (is that money she gets in the deal?) and she'll own her own masters. Not sure what the sign others means. Wish we has these deets on Adam.

Adam almost certainly has creative freedom, owns his masters, and can sign other artists. That is part of the EMPIRE model -- and he said he had creative freedom. The only thing we really do not know is the amount of his advance -- which I would guess would be less than Iggy but not insubstantial. Seems like an odd thing for Iggy to share.
Adam seems to be on an excellent path right now -- not clear how much is his management, how much is Adam, how much is many friends and supporters in the business (Brian, Roger, Ricky Minor, etc. etc.), and how much is just the stars finally aligning. It just seems that it is his time.

Mentioned last May that Adam's stars were indeed aligning. Entered an awesome period for recognition for his voice. When the great reviews came in last summer on tour I thought maybe is that it? But it didn't seem enough. Then Las Vegas and I wondered then. Then Believe and I thought wow this was it. Then Oscars, then Feel Something and soon the 2 hour special and the album. Then the PlayMobile movie. I think it is the order of magnitude I was looking forward to for 10 years. But of course all the other things matter was well.

Well said. I had never really heard of Empire. But the more I hear of them the more positive I feel about them. I had a thought that Adam nor Phillymack would put together this deal without big hopes. And the part on Iggy's page that said a global deal I guess means they will go internationally as well? I just want Adam to be happy with his career and in his personal life. I really believe that this is going to be his year. It sure started off with a bang, lol.

Theosgma.....do you have a link to your magazine article about Adam's horoscope? I've filed my copy of your magazine away somewhere in my tons of Adam stuff. Wanted to re-read the part about his stars aligning ..I think about now. ETA: I searched and found we have a thread. Don't know if your article is linked or printed there....I'll check it out Check out the Astrology Thread 8.5.15 by theosgma The astrology thread is alive and well these days with some newly added basics for navigating through a chart in the Indian system of astrology. Why now? Hmmmmmmm........................ Come join us and stretch your mind. Link: adamtopia.com/thread/686/astrology-talk?page=1 Magical Voice Arrives by Theosgma I am so happy to let you all know that I have my hard copy of The Mountain Astrologer in my hot little hands containing the article I have been birthing for longer than my human child: Magical Voice: A Vedic Perspective Seeing it in print as the featured article in this well regarded maganize available worldwide is quite a thrill. Mine was sent to me by the publisher but I understand that this edition is now in the process of distribution to chains such as Barnes and Noble and Whole Foods. I imagine the West Coast stores will be the first to receive it as it comes of out of Northern California. It is issue #183 - October/November 2015 If you are not in an area close to these stores or if your Barnes and Noble etc. doesn’t carry it, it can be ordered from the publishers at their website mountainastrolger.com. I am not at liberty to post it online as I am under contract. However, I will be contacting the publisher tomorrow to see if I can tweet out the title page and picture so folks can get an idea of the flavor. It is pretty user friendly even if one is not an astrologer and I was taken by surprise to see that they rendered the astrological charts as a kind of blend between a Western chart with the Western glyphs and a South Indian Vedic chart. It is much easier to explain to a novice and if requested, I would be happy to do that on the Astrology thread so you can follow it better. Even without understanding the chart itself, you can get the gist pretty well from the text. If you haven’t been aware of this before, the article compares three singers for combinations that make their voices unforgettable, even magical. The singers are Celine Dion, Whitney Houston and Adam Lambert. When I submitted it, I tried to stay a bit closeted as I wasn’t sure how the editors would feel about Adam since he was not yet at the level of the other two in terms of iconic status but they ran with it. My whole reason for writing this was to show that Adam’s voice was truly remarkable as viewed through yet another lens - the lens of karma in this case and also that his longevity in the field would not be an issue from this viewpoint. I told Adam about it at the Barnes and Noble signing and he said he was honored to be among the other two singers being analyzed for magical voice.
