I like that look on Adam with the hair pushed back. Does anyone think they are going to get Adam to talk to Jeremiah about his sexuality when he mentors? Jeremiah has not done a SINGLE show where he fails to bring up being gay. And when LP talked to the producer about Jeremiah for his interview, she got into Adam being gay and on the show 10 years ago. Tho, there were gay people on before and after Adam. And on her latest podcast, LP said she can't wait to see Jeremiah and Adam talk about their coming out stories. It sounds like she already knows that will happen. But Adam is there to mentor all of the contestants because it is Queen Night. So I hope they don't make it look like he is there promoting Jeremiah because they are both gay. Adam has always been an honest broker when it comes to mentoring and judging and has been fair to everyone. But Jeremiah's parents are going to be in the audience, for the first time, and I suspect the show is going to make Adam a part of their push and big production to promote Jeremiah and his story. I hope that is not the case. Fans will spot an agenda and it could backfire. But if they do, please don't make it look as if that is Adam's purpose for being there, instead of his accomplishments as an Idol success and Queen frontman. I don't really care who wins but who even knows who Adam wants to win, if anyone? Laine is the only one who looks and acts like a star and he is from Texas. So he might be hard to beat no matter who they are pushing. I agree and I hope LP is wrong. The show is definitely pushing Jeremiah's backstory and I'm sure wants him to win so I won't be surprised if they pulled Adam into the gay conversation......I just hope they don't. Wonder just how much of Adam we'll see since the show is being divided up into two sections with the last being duets unrelated to Queen. My guess is they’ll have a short intro recapping his career, and then about 30-45 seconds with each of the contestants. Maybe, if we’re lucky, they’ll have him in the audience and Ryan can have him plug the special. Just hoping my DH won’t try to fast-forward through the mentoring sessions.

I am TOTALLY good with the slicked back hair! Whatever he does with it in the back (ponytail, etc.) is ok with me. I bet he wears it this way for Idol, dontcha think? What a babe. He needs to do a pirate movie. With lots of debauchery. LOL I don't see a ponytail in that picture. Hope there is not one, lol. But I really like this look. The hair looks soft and off the face. With that beard and long hair in and around the face it looks like too much. This looks less messy and more chic, imo.

I think your guess is probably right. We never get as much Adam as we'd like. I think you should hide the remote from your DH or better yet, do like I do and watch on another TV in another room...lol
ETA: Adam had the back in soft curls. With that length I'm assuming there are still extensions hiding in there. I'm not a big fan of long hair, but this works for me. The fluffy loose parted in the middle in his face hair doesn't do it for me. I need to see the face and the ears and what all's going on there. He could perform with this style if enough product on the top I think. Now, if he's just trim the Melvin back a little bit.....

TBH. I'm not looking forward to anything about KA or Adam not winning Idol. Putting him in the conversation, when no one even talks about him, is nice and unearned publicity for him. Geez, he has ignored the loss to him, all these years, and went on to show He DID WIN and cared little about the outcome. A quick mention would have been more than enough. I think if I were KA, that's the kind of publicity I'd rather avoid. It's never presented as "This guy is so awesome, he was able to beat Adam Lambert." It's virtually always "Can you believe this guy actually beat Adam Lambert? How ridiculous is that? What the heck is his name again?" Don't really think it's a negative for Adam at all at this point. It just makes the show, or its voters, look silly.

In the past, those mentoring meet-ups have been very short. They have to get through eight contestants. So I'm not looking for anything very in-depth from Adam. And that's fine. It's all just for show anyway. Adam is always so good when it comes to give constructive advice and encouragement. That's why he was such a good judge. I agree that we'll likely gat little Adam-Idol recap and some mention of the documentary. And of course, the mentoring moments.

I am thinking that because the idea for ABC is to promote the documentary to the max we will get a decent amount of Adam
