No need to watch the whole thing (unless like me you think the USWNT rocks) but listen to what is quietly playing in the background at the beginning ps: they don't come out until 14:40 so you can skip ahead pps: at 16:00 they start singing along to WATC which continues awesomely to WWRY ppps: I think Brian and Roger would approve www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXH2Ab_u3Ck

I think he could have "taken over the world" if his own musical tastes had been different. He tends to go against the grain a bit. Or better, his own taste in music is rather "eclectic". Let's all try to remember the immense response to "Believe". That's his strong suit. Agree with this. His covers absolutely blow me away, each and every time. My musical tastes tend to be eclectic also, for the most part...or I should say varied. Rufus Wainwright resides in my playlist along with Rascal Flatts and Andrea Bocelli. But I don't appear to be a fan on 70's music lol. My very favorite Adam album remains FYE...loved every single song. Yep, FYE remains my favorite. And besides, maybe, Runnin, it is really his only stuff I still listen to regularly. , Now something truly controversial, lol, I don't think songwriting is Adam's strong-suit. He is an amazing singer and performer, but he just doesn't have the knack for writing a hit song. Nobody has to agree---just my opinion. My favorite Adam songs tend to be ones written by others.

Granville Island is in Vancouver, so that's nice!! It has shops and restaurants on it. After Hours is a favourite song of mine!

I don't think anything will be a hit song without a ton of radio play and widespread exposure. Imo, Adam's writing is as good as some of the hit songs. Was the writing on Sucker really that extraordinary? I'm glad Lil Nas got a number one but was it because the writing was so great on that song. If any of Adam's releases were played non-stop, like Ariana, Sam, Shawn, Ed, Selena, Carrie, Jonas etc, they would be hits too. If he had been with a label that really went all out for him, more of his songs would have been hits. These people are not singing songs that will be remembered for how well written they were. But I'm not expecting any hits cause he is not going to get that kind of radio play even if someone else writes his music. He has never played on a level playing field but he has done good for himself anyway. The same with any Grammy nominations. As long as he competes in pop and is not with a major, it is not going to happen. I thought FS was beautiful, emotional and brilliant and the type of song that could win awards and get played. But even Adam did not think it was worthy so what do I know? lol.

After Adam shared his song on his IG stories: Hana Frisons @hanafris .@isaiahofficial 's ig story 'This incredible artist and friend reinforced in me the beauty of being humble even when you are successful. It's amazing to me that he is still an amazing supporter like I have grown to know him as! Thank you @adamlambert ! Appreciate u Miss u man!!' Beautiful, heartwarming note from Isaiah. I love the song, it's absolutely gorgeous, and I have it on my Adam CIH Spotify playlist now. I could so imagine Adam killing it with this beauty, but Isaiah is a fantastic vocalist himself.
