A friend signed up for those Corden tickets, but she said that somewhere in the info. it says that you are not guaranteed to get in, that you still have to get there and wait to see. Just FYI, not sure if it's true or not.

Oh and in the continuing saga of the crappy US immigration situation: my son has been married to his Ukrainian wife since 2014 OVER 5 YEARS. They lived here together for several years but are now living in Amsterdam attending university together. We completed so much paperwork a couple years ago, affidavits from me and many other family members about attending their wedding here and 2nd wedding in Ukraine, etc.
Now immigration has sent a paper saying they don't believe they are really married WTH! They must now produce proof of offspring (lol they are not ready to have children) or some other silly crap (like a drivers license for my daughter-in-law who does not drive). They have over 5 years worth of pictures together and passport stamps to the same places. It's nuts.

Still tickets available for Corden for the 19th which is when Adam's taping is. Haven't figured out how to put a link in yet. Sigh... I know I'm lame! Wish I could go too far away.🤩 Just copy and paste the url address of the link here.. 1iota.com/Event/68980/Request Corden now sold out for Adam. Yay!🤩

Haha! I remember that Jake Shears/Katy Perry video very well! A real blast from the past. I can't believe how much fun history we Glamberts share with Adam. It's like a little family reunion all the time.

Sad news today, but sad that it is so difficult to get to stay in the United States in this era. It wasn't so long ago - maybe 1985 - when a friend married a woman who was here as an au pair from Denmark. I think it took three years to get a green card and then to finally settle her immigration status. But at least, she wasn't threatened with deportation.
Now my son is dating a Canadian who is in the country while she pursues her doctoral degree. Her concentration is in an area which may be uniquely valuable to the US. Waiting to see how this will play out.

didilynn that sounds absolutely horrible! It's incredibly discriminating! There are so many couples who can't have children or have trouble conceiving.
