So Adam will be performing twice! Very excited to see what he does. I assume his segments will be posted here by someone. As luck would have it, sometime in that timeframe I will be expecting a phone call from an elderly relative who I haven't spoken to in months. The timing will be up to her. She lives in a retirement home. So with my luck, I'll miss one of Adam's appearances. But I'm sure his parts will be here for all to see.

I've been thinking about the conversation yesterday about Adam connecting more online with fans. I'm one of those who would always love more, but also accepts it is up to Adam. I have been keeping track of his Instagram followers since September 2018 when he finished his QAL Vegas residency -- 1,156,901. The numbers grow slowly but steadily. After the most recent QAL tour it was 1,568,439 and now is 1,586,868. I have no idea how many are active fans, but at least the numbers are not going down!
Could his music theatre background influences his behaviour. I don't know much about that world, but I get the impression that the performers show up for a number of performances a week, interact with fans after the show, and then get back to their lives. I could be wrong! LOL
Or could his start on American Idol contribute? He says in his season before all this social media was available, the contestants were cocooned and weren't interacting with fans. Basically, he got off Idol and was presented with a large fan base that he did not personally have to cultivate. It was his on screen personality and talent, not the connecting, that got him his start.
We also know that Adam is a perfectionist and very self-critical. Could it be he doesn't want to perform online because he hates the results?
We also know that Adam doesn't like to be pushed. Is Shosh begging him behind the scenes to do stuff and it's putting his back up?
I've also got the impression that Adam does not take naturally to being an online presence. I feel he is at his best as an onstage performer feeding off the crowd energy or trying to build that crowd energy. Maybe that's what he feels too.
Or maybe he is just busy cooking up new things for us! Let's hope so! Just some random thoughts from me!!

I am really looking forward to today's concerts. Since I live in Tucson (where little ever happens), we have the same number of big concerts now as before C19.

Lol, that was my thought yesterday in regards to planning for future concerts. I wasn't a concert goer before, so that's one thing I'm not stressing about...when future concerts will be happening.
