“......May told NME: “We’ve been able to reschedule our concerts, but I wonder whether we’ll be asking the question about whether it’s actually appropriate to be using up lots of the world’s resources to rush around? “ And will it be safe to have thousands of fans in one place and take a risk of some kind, unless we have some way of dealing with an outbreak like this? I’m hoping things will be sorted and we’ll have the antidote for this horrible disease and we can get back to some kind of normality, and playing live.” ... May added: “Playing live is what we’re best at, but I definitely think we’re going to have to look at the way it’s done and not just assume that coronavirus has gone away so everything is OK forever. It’s probably not. There’s probably going to be more challenges out there.” Last week, May also slammed the UK government’s response to coronavirus after it was reported that supplies of protective equipment for support workers are running low. “I’m ashamed that our country was so ill-prepared and put them out there, fighting in the front line without proper protection. It is to our eternal shame that we were not prepared well enough and early enough,” he said........”So.... there is a chance there will be no live QAL for at least two years, until a vaccine is widely available...this is our new reality... and I am ashamed of our country too for the same reasons as Dr Bri... criminal negligence in too many places by too many elected or politically appointed ignorant buffoons... What really stands out to me in this article is something that I have not seen Brian or Queen mention before... "......May told NME: 'We’ve been able to reschedule our concerts, but I wonder whether we’ll be asking the question about whether it’s actually appropriate to be using up lots of the world’s resources to rush around?' "It's EARTH DAY on Saturday and probably a thought worth exploring. When I saw this, my first thought was "Time to book a recording studio, Brian! If you cannot perform live, give us an album next year. Or at least work on releasing 'The Best of QAL Live' on CD and BluRay..."

I was totally blown away.

Just watched the enews “Happy Hour” IG live. What a delight. With every day just basically looking the same, this was a nice “break” from the routine. Adam looked fantastic and it’s always good to hear his voice. Pharaoh cameo was a welcome bonus!
Some good questions in the interview. Loved the one about Vegas. Fingers crossed for October being a “go”.
Hope all of you continue doing well.

The E Happy Hour was fun. The interviewer was adorable and did his homework, and Adam was gorgeous and entertaining as is usual for him. A bright spot in a boring day.
