I am watching the Masked Singer just now and chuckled to myself as I do not see any resemblance at all so ..... clearly, they do not know Adam's voice or movements at all! The only similarities I see are the jacket and pants style....but they don't fit like Adam's. He could make his voice sound very different but not this kind of different....hehe

Terrance is a good sport, isn't he? Is he even into that stuff? It has become pretty apparent to me during this "Velvet" era that the theater kid in Adam is eager to dig into his "costume chest" and "make-up box" again, and I am wondering if there are other creative talents in him that need to be explored or even nurtured. My bet is Pharaoh is in a corner dancing a jig. Thinking thank the lawd these dudes are here in quarantine with him and Adam can't concentrate on dressing him up, lol.

He’s welcome to join me in making soap. LOL I decided that I wouldn’t leave the quarantine without a new hobby/skill and ordered my first soap making kit online. Since I can’t make my own toilet paper, thought that was the next best thing in this era. I could send you some toilet paper if you taught me how to make soap

We loved the socially distanced Idol show the other day, and we too were impressed how well it was executed. Thanks to your article I understand a bit better now why it worked out so well, given the amount of tech help that each contestant received from the distance. I really enjoyed the rather "stripped down" show and I did not miss the "production" aspect at all, as I got a much better understanding of each artist and where they are coming from in terms of surroundings and in general. The Canadian girl is fantastic, and she is so young!! Her performance on the porch in front of the lake with the mountains in the background was incredible and I almost think that there was no need for her to even dress up, given the setting. I wish her luck. I haven't voted since Adam and typically we watch the show late when the voting is already over, but I will try to throw in some votes for her if she makes it to the top 10. My favorite this season, and for me a standout amongst the many young female vocal powerhouses, is Dillon. I can't believe I am saying this as he is another white guy with guitar. But he seems genuine, well spoken, and authentic, and somehow I feel really captivated by his performances. How does this relate to Adam? I understand that he loves a good production, but he also mentioned not too long ago that the "Velvet" tour would be more laid back with the feel of being in a lounge, so I think he too should be able to really deliver some musical gems from home, if he wanted. He doesn't play the guitar but his voice does stand on its own. I can imagine that he must have given it some thought, given the current outlook. Our governor Newsom just released the 4 stages toward "opening up" California again - we are only in stage1 at this point and still sheltering throughout May, with stage4 and live concerts the final goal and projected to be "months" away (duh) - so my wish is for Adam to give us "something" from the comfort of his home or at some point from an intimate setting that allows for social distancing. It sure looks like it can be done successfully, if there's interest. May be Adam will surprise us, regardless if Vegas in October will happen. I realize that this must be a tough time for him too. I like Dillon too. Of course, he has the whole redemption story that tugs at heartstrings! I do worry though that getting back into the entertainment industry might derail his recovery. I think that industry is particularly difficult for people with addiction issues. It is going to be interesting to see who makes top 10. I've noticed that contestants who come from smaller communities are able to rally the hometown crowd for votes. It's not really fair for the big city contestants, but ...
