Well, duh!! Re Xtina, not particularly a fan because she's so OTT when she sings, but if Adam really wants this, then I hope he makes it happen still at some point. I did see down below in the tweets section that she replied to his announcement. Hopefully the date of the tour can be rearranged.

I have never experienced that concept, but I like the idea of two artists taking turns, especially if they are somewhat compatible. That way the audience doesn't fizzle out once one performer is done, and each performer has the chance to gain new fans. How did it work for you with Enrique I. from an audience perspective? I assume that people can use transition times to go to the bathroom or grab a drink. Another bonus for the artists - they can get away with a shorter set list. I can see how that might work for Christina. And the arena is happy because an intermission means more money spent at concessions and bars. Co-touring pre-Covid19 must have made a lot of sense for many artists, and I assume that whenever things get back to somewhat normal again it may still be a solid option for some including Adam. Darn it, the pure thought is so far from our reality right now as we can't quite predict how the whole "industry" around performance art might have to adjust, yet I do get excited at the thought of Adam filling an arena with another very comparable artist like XTina, as long as I would get to see him as "undiluted" as possible.

TBH, I would not be against paying a little more to see Adam get an arena tour in the US. He so deserves it but with so little radio play here, he could not work his way up to it on his own. Yes, I agree. I can't help but believe that after all the arena/stadium QAL touring he's done for the past 8 years, he wanted the chance to do an arena tour with his own music. Glamberts have gotten used to relatively reasonable ticket prices and being able to travel to multiple shows in reasonably intimate venues. That's not what this tour would have been. But I'd love to see Adam have the chance to do an arena tour. Right from the start, he was seen as an arena artist, and it just hasn't happened for him. He could have certainly done another tour with Glam Nation/TOH size venues if he'd wanted, but he apparently wanted something different this time. Sometimes fans have to manage their own expectations and accept something other than exactly what they wanted. A percentage of Adam's fan base has had to do that over the past few pretty much 100% QAL years. If this tour comes to fruition, then another segment of the fan base will have to do the same. My take... Adam needs to do what makes sense for him and what he feels good about. Any real fan should be supportive or at least okay with it. So far, I think he has not been unreasonable. (I must admit though, that over the past couple QAL years I felt really starved for solo Adam. Thankfully, we have "Velvet" now and we can only pray for live concerts in the not too distant future)
