With all due to respect to Brian, I think that making any far reaching predictions or assumption regarding how things are going to work going forward is a bit misguided, in a knee jerk kind of a way. I mean, you wouldn’t build a house during a hurricane so why make serious decisions or predictions in the midst of a pandemic? After 9/11 we thought people would never get on a plane again and look what happened. People were expected to never want to live or work in high rises again, and look at the skyline of New York or Downtown LA and how they’ve evolved since 2001. Current situation is not an indication of anything past, say, the next few weeks as the information and circumstances pchange constantly. I agree with everything you said. One of my problems with the media coverage is the tendency to paint the worst case scenario. I prefer to look at the optimistic side of things. Otherwise you'll drive yourself crazy. One news program I was watching covered how long it took to come up with a vaccine for a whole bunch of thing's. At the end of the piece almost as an afterthought they said the fastest in history was 5 months for the swine flu. The Doctor in charge of that was Dr. Anthony Faucci. I think the medical establishment will get this under control. That's the way I see it. I agree with both of you. Especially since Brian said this in the same article. It does not sound as if he has completely given up either.
“The good news is that we do NOW have a PLAN B ready to roll. If you hold on to your tickets they will be valid for the rescheduled shows. God willing, we will be there with bells on!”

Of course I realize Brian does not have a crystal ball and knows no more than we do. He was just musing like the rest of us do. And in his business, large groups are a necessity, so it all hits home for him really hard. I agree that he came across as pretty gloom and doom. And the media tends to do the same thing. I hope with every bone in my body that we are in far better shape sooner than later. I would LOVE to see the QAL tour happen in 2021. And the Adam/Xtina tour. And a million other things.

Glad you highlighted the last statement--- very positive to me! Guess I got carried away the other day with his jumbo jet concern. Adam --giving us a pretty cute image of mom and son! I wonder if he will do/would do, a social distance visit? We noted several households with folding chairs ---some inside the garage others on the driveway. All more than 6 feet apart. Most homes pretty quiet. Made a roast dinner for our elderly neighbours (103/96) and us...living life in the busy/slow lane. Hope you Atop mom's got lots of LOVE from your children!

Where does Adam's Mom live? I wasn't sure if she lives close enough to him to try and do anything.

Happy Mother's Day !! Got a text from our daughter in Scotland, and a call from our son. Went for a drive for a bit, just so hubby's car battery wouldn't die lol. Stopped by a food truck on the way home, and got burritos..yum!
That was my special day lol. I did leave my laundry basket on the couch...told hubby I'm not folding laundry on Mother's Day ha!

Haha, I can understand the hair envy. Hubby is about to buy scrunchies because his hair is getting so long, and it's curling on the ends. We're wash and wear people, so no fancy hair products or styling for us. Wonder if Terrance knows how to cut hair?

Chris Kelly's comment about Adam's photo really made me smile. I love it when men are as swept away by Adam's sinfully good looks as we females are. He is breath-taking.
Hope everyone who is a mother had a nice Mother's Day. Mine was peaceful.
