Add to that ... much of the vid looked to be filmed separately and digitally put together.....and they were outside....and most of the time, the dancers were behind Adam.....if they were on that stage at the same time at all! Masterfully done.....I would love to hear Adam answer a question re the making of that vid...how they managed it all. But don't they touch Adam? That movement and placement would be HARD to coordinate. Also to sync Johnnys and Terrances moves so perfectly. It is outside of course which apparently reduces the risk immencely. The comment was meant jokingly. It wasn't meant as a criticism. Obviously Adam takes this seriously and i've neglected the Rules a few times the last weeks because our numbers are down and it felt safe. Also: you'd have to reproduce the EXACT same camera angle for each one. which would mean filming "by hand" is basically excluded. This picture is of our small island's local graduation. I only show this because it is fake....sort of. Pictures of all the Grads in their gowns and suits were taken over a period of two days, in small groups...all planned and mapped out ahead of time by the photographer. This was to give the grads as much of the percs of a full grad. including a large group picture, in these COVID days. they were then digitally placed together later.... The actual grad took place in a grocery store and the parking lot as it is about the only building large enough and already safety marked, etc. for the grads to celebrate. The 'party' was outside which is infinitely safer than indoors. Then...each grad was given a gift card of $15 and photo'd gathering groceries to be donated to the homeless...riding their carts in their gowns to blaring music...all safe and so special they won't just remember the party...but the work of parents and community to make the day special. Pretty special actually. But the point is that just manipulating hand placement ... is child's play for a good videographer. Not saying that is what they did....but there were a number of times it really did not look like it was done live...IMHO ETA...after all that I can't seem to get the page or pic to load....my bad

I just got a delightful email from my Arkansas friends who never really 'got' my Adam fanship. The just watched TSMGO on Netflix: "I had begun watching The Show Must Go On a day or so ago because DH was in the garage and I figured he wouldn't be interested. But I barely got started before I had to stop. So tonight we sat down to watch something and I brought that up but figured DH would protest. Well...long story short, now he can't stop talking about Adam and how talented he is and how awesome it is that he's the front person for these old icons and how their tour is a demonstration of how we need the old hippies to work alongside the younger generation in order to change the world and this mess we're in here in the U.S. I am pleased by his response. That's what struck me as much as the talent, i.e., just being able to step into that role, not just in terms of his talent and his range, but also the level of confidence and authenticity that required. And the fact that he's doing it in such Adam style and color. I mean, Brian May has had the same hair style, literally, for decades. And here's gorgeous Adam in all his flaunting beauty singing out his heart and soul on those stages, in front of those masses of people, right next to these old, gray haired hippie icons is a hopeful visual for me. You know? Like maybe we can bridge the gap. Maybe the young voters will save us this November. If Adam's people and Queen's people can come together for music on that massive scale then perhaps they can come together politically, environmentally. You know what I mean?" What a great message to wake up to this morning, after a perfectly lovely day yesterday driving off island to Fiercelier's beautiful home to sit and lunch-visit, with Happy, like life was almost normal! LOL. Life is good! What a wonderful post!! I'm way behind and just saw it. Really nice when friends get your addiction! And also I like the sentiments your friends are expressing.

MSZUE, your post made my day as well!!! I've been through a harrowing experience over the past 11 days. A raging forest fire came very close to my home in Colorado - it's a miracle that our house is still standing. I was evacuated with my kitty for five days, and due to our (and particularly my DH's) fire mitigation efforts and the valiant work on the part of all the firefighters, our home was saved. MOMTOMANY, can't help but think of your horrible forest fire experiences. But you survived and thrived through it all, and I take that as a wonderful example for me to follow. I'm thrilled at the response from TSMGO on Netflix - seems like SO many new Adam fans! And MSZUE, the message from your Arkansas friends was so very touching - brought tears to my eyes. Thanks so much for sharing. And being able to get together with your wonderful fellow Glamberts (whom I met in Vegas during the Crown Jewels residency) was so heartwarming to hear. I need this good news in my present shell-shocked state. Adam and Adamtopia continue to be my lifelines!!! I'm really late reading this thread, but just had to express my sympathy with all you've been through! Sounds really scary!! I'm so glad your family and house are okay!
