I must say, like Gelly I'm having so much reading the various responses to TSMGO. I'm sure there are negative responses, but I'm guessing they're in the minority (if they bother watching the documentary at all).
So gratifying for people to discover what we've known all along.

No, that nightowlfan account isn’t mine. I only use that nickname here. I never had an option to enter a nickname. When I originally created my account there it had been for fan-sale tickets and the merch shop. I entered my name and address, since both was needed. It is possible that the procedure has changed. Since I created my account 10 years ago (like that other nightowlfan account), the rules must have been different back then. As I mentioned, the Account page says the full name is required, but I never had to enter it, and it is still empty in my account. They never asked me to update those fields. Also, the only info that actually changed for me (my occupation) is non-editable in my account, so I cannot update it. The design and implementation of that page sucks big time, if you ask me. I think it is time to contact the fanclub and let them know about your concerns. Thank you for your replies. I created my account in 2015, at WB times. So the design and sign-up regulations must have changed over the times (it for sure has now). I will wait until my friend calls back and then we will decide together, what to do, since we’re both sitting in the the same boat. Only that she created her account a bit later than I did. Maybe she already got an answer.
