Nica, Thanks for setting me straight. I move into angst at super sonic speed. With my worrywart personality, I really have no business in this fandom, but I was bitten hard by the Adam bug, so here I am.

With my worrywart personality, I really have no business in this fandom, but I was bitten hard by the Adam bug, so here I am. - I just realized that my post came out harsh, but I want to assure you that I reacted to the source of your information and not to you! I hate that place with passion and have a very hard time understanding why anyone would want to go there... I apologize for my language. I remember when I first got into the fandom (back in AI days, and that was my very first time being on any fan forum) I used to be super sensitive to any negative comments towards Adam, and I would come to the AI Adam thread to share my feelings. Usually someone would respond with: "don't go there, stay here, with us, in this nice, warm and cozy place "... so I want to say the same thing - stay with us!  |

Nica, I have of late been spending much more time here (mostly lurking) than at MJs, but I have been visiting MJ's for a long time and it is now an old habit. I found it the day after the season 8 final. Like a lot of us here, I was in a state of shock, really I felt like someone had hit me hard in the stomach it was so upsetting. I hit the web looking for company for my misery and ended up at MJs. It has gotten much worse lately, and you couldn't pay me enough to go on the numbers thread. I stick to threads about Adam now for the most part. In addition, I want him to be well represented on the site as I think it gets a good amount of hits and feel it is not completely worthless to visit for this reason.

I know I should stay away from MJ's, but I read several posts that said last night Adam asked his fans if they had bought his CD and to do it because if not there would be no more CDs or something of that order. They said that he sounded serious and and "crushed". I watched the live stream, but didn't see this only joy and great music. If true, this is so sad and also a major worry. NONSENSE! He repeatedly said that there will be more singles, more videos and this is just a beginning. Last night's concert at FS was of course a definition of a performance by a doomed and crushed artist. ;D Ahhh my first trip to the dark side... Adam asked if people had bought the CD then thanked them and that because of them there was a CD (paraphrasing but pretty close) then yep was all just the beginning. I so love chinese whispers (NOT). Talk about the dark side that's how I'd describe MJs! |

Good thinking! Amazon had deleted one of their posts calling him an idiot and the guy fought it and CLAIMED they restored it but never posted any evidence. If we all report abuse over and over and they keep getting poofed it will at least make it annoying for them. OBVS they go to MJs and probably lurk here too. On a POSITIVE note it seems the haters on QOL are ~discouraged. And losing ~interest in Queen. All of a sudden LMAO. Adam killed Idol then the QOL haterboard. WERQ. They moved most of the nasty Queen+AL stuff to a more hidden forum : Dear Friends. It seems as soon as a real "threat" appeared AFL and they couldn't "prove" him incompetent they have no other mission in life. This thread refers to the DARK SIDE so I'm gonna write something about that of mine. I hope that this is the right thread for such a confession. I just wanted to put down my feelings which accompanied me for the last three weeks. I think they belong to the Dark Side of my personality because the things I'm going through now are really really ugly. Before the release of TP Adam had said everybody has his own demons. Tbh That time I had no idea what exactly he was talking about but I have already found it out. I just wanna say that experiencing all of that Adam's music helped me to go through the very bad period of my life and to cope with my DARK SIDE / the failure, nervosity, inability to find a peace . Music is definitely the best medicine for me. Thank you Adam.

I would like to get on board for helping remove abusive comments. Could you give a kind of step by step for finding and reporting these comments so they hopefully will be removed? |
