Why are these things announced after the fact when Adam has lost, but the fact that such a race is on is somehow secret? The text used to announce Adam's loss seems the same as the one from New Orleans yesterday.
Actually I am posting that the vote is available. Then I post whether Adam lost or won. Nothing suspicious.
I can't spend my entire day on twitter, trolling for opportunities. I do what i can.
Oh, Smokeyvera, my question is not towards you or your bringing this here...total misunderstanding. My problem is that the message here was that Adam had lost, not that this was still open for voting, just like yesterday too...and that just seemed somewhat strange.
I am quite aware of @requestadam and find them very helpful and resourceful, but obviously, I am not constantly on twitter either. I was just surprised that twice in a row the first thing I heard about a contest was that Adam had already lost it.
I realize that I cannot vote on a Tennessee or Louisiana radio station, just wondering about the method used to collect this info. How does an obscure UK artist get that many votes and how long are the voting windows on these contests? More wondering what these radio stations are up to? This was totally not about you bringing it here. Sorry, if that got mis-understood.

Those pants will always be bamafan pants to me. You made a nice impression on my friend that I took to the WB concert. She is a new fan and it was her 1st Adam concert. She watched some videos prior to the concert and immediately recognized YOUR pants on Adam.

This absolutely shows how important Adam's own band and singers are. They are tight and responsive and allow Adam the freedom to improvise and funk the hell out. Without them there is no modified arrangement to Kickin In, a shame because the beginning of it is fabulous! Brian is doing a kickass job of modifying the songs for a dynamic live experience. The singers add visual and aural snap. The band sounds sharp and together because they have rehearsed together and with Adam-- there really is no substitute for this kind of teamwork. Adam and Brian working together are creating magic.
I'm not saying the London band was bad. They were excellent. I'm not saying individual band members are as important as Adam. They are not. Adam is a solo performer and we all know that. But look at how polished this was-- how comfortable and joyful Adam was with "his" team. The difference is clear as day to me.

The obscure UK artist is touring with One Direction and was added by Z100 a week ago, so he is obscure no more. There is currently a British invasion going on here! :-/ Teens and Pop radio have rolled out the red carpet!

Virg, sorry but I'm really confused... The link you posted earlier dl's automatically and shows up as this in my iTunes: "6-13_Adam_Lambert_on_Playing_with_Qu 0:25" and it's the same audio as in BM's tweet this morning.
That vid I posted just a few minutes ago IS 3.5 minutes of Adam in Bama's pants! (+4 min of apps commercials)
Maybe links just got transposed or something...

Olly Murs is not obscure or without talent. His second album was #1 in the UK, he rose to prominence on a TV Talent contest. If we demean these accomplishments then why shouldn't the Brits look at Adam the same way?

One of the things I have learned from Adam is that you can be honest and hold opinions, but also remain humane and celebrate what is good about people, art and life. It has truly changed my perspective on the value of maintaining a positive view.
I tried to download a file from the Devenlane site and it won't let me download an Adam video into mp4. Mediafire won't download. Is anyone else having this problem?

I agree 100%! Adam also said during Cuckoo at this event "I feel llike I hit the jackpot with the band of life". In a previous interview he praised the band as being 10 times better than the last (FYE era) band and being so "in the pocket". If I understand this term correctly, it means this band really keeps the rhythm going on time and plays tightly as you mentioned. Obviously Adam really likes his current band!
Now if only Adam could find a sound person that he is happy with.
