Obviously I am late to the thread, but speaking of collabs. I have always thought it was what Adam needed. Wasn't there an interview where when asked, Adam crossed his fingers and implied that he hoped for one or that one might be in the works? At least that is how I interpreted it. Sorry I don't recall specifically what interview that was. Maybe I am just imagining the scenario. I do like the collab with Sam and Nile, but I am not sure that really counts for the US mainstream. I don't think even something with Queen would do it
What about 10 at 10? I know that Q102 has been a wonderful supporter and thus I love them. I logged in over 1,000 vote today and yesterday logged in 2,200. If this kind of voting doesn't lead to a spin, I will spend more time on Billboard instead of 10 at 10.

Ok, so it is very hard to get that 2nd U Mix It spin. 2nd time in the last 1/2 hour that Adam was at the #1 spot and then he dropped off the list. When I added his name NCOE showed up at the bottom. I keep bobbing between the up arrow for him and down arrow for whoever is below (once he reaches top spot) and I make sure the arrow bounces).
I don't get how he goes from top spot to off the chart altogether. Maybe I am misunderstanding something.
My finger is sore. Grrr >:(
Is there any point to this? Should we set times each evening for more fans to work together?

For BTIKM, they seemed to space out the spins and this included if WWFM got a spin in there. I am putting out the SOS for Twitter!

Everytime I go to the Chicago Mix contest, I get so confused. I don't get what we are supposed to do. I doff my chapeau to the clever spin getters who can navigate this site. Adam fans sure have to work hard for spins, but he is so worth it.

About collaborations, remember Katy Perry's first hits off her album had Snoop Dog and Kanye West. They got her play on urban, and urban-leaning pop stations that might otherwise have ignored her.
At this point it is probably too late and too expensive to add a Nicki Minaj to anything on TP. But for me one of the disappointments of the album is that there were no collabs to help broaden its appeal.

I wonder who in their right mind would want to be heard next to Adam? aside from the rappers - they don't care as they don't sing anyway.... but rap does not seem to be Adam's thing...
