Well, someone has to do it. A truly crappy song, that Adam never wanted to be released, but, in a study of the different colors he can produce with his voice, here is Adam singing in the country style. Wonder who he was told to imitate on this track?
And another where he is pumping out a completely different tone in his lower register. Very chesty with little head resonance, until ... at 2:45 he shifts into that sublime light Adam voice that just floats. A night and day difference in tone. Many people would listen to this and think it was a collaboration between two singers.
HA! So I've never listened to these (on purpose) before. The first song is about 7 minutes too long. I think they may have added some darkness to his voice on that one. It sounds unnatural to me. It is very easy to bring out that quality even using GarageBand, which has basic recording tools. I know he can sing with a full voice down low (ala Upright--"gay men's chorus"), but this just sounds weird.
Ooh I've really liked that song for a while! Not Adam. The Uh Huh Her thing was scarily convincing though.
ETA: btw for the record AdamLambertUnderneat has put loads of fake Adam stuff on their channel. There was the fake Map leak, fake Underneath leak, all these "early demos" that are just the original studio versions pitched up a little and had some frequency nerfing done on them. I think we need to spread the word and try getting this weirdo off YouTube
Thanks for debunking, NationalGlampoon! I tried to find another version of the song and couldn't. The vocal sounded somewhat Adam-esque but the enunciation was slurry, which is very un-Adam-like.

Sigh, I know. I really liked the Uh-Huh-Her song too and was hoping it was him! I guess I'm always trying to make him an indie-alt type artist, which he isn't, but I'm drawn to the moody/atmospheric/trance-y stuff. It isn't even the type of music he likes.

True, he does like Goldfrapp. I forgot about By the Rules. It wasn't on the US release and I bought the CD in London but tbh it hasn't made its way into my car, which is the only place I listen to CDs.
Well at least I discovered a great song out of it! Downloaded the Airbiscuit song from Itunes.
Maybe we'll get to hear real outtakes one day. I'd love to hear more experimental stuff that doesn't necessarily fit the "theme" of the album and doesn't seem to belong anywhere.

It saddens me to think of all the Adam songs sat in the vault gathering dust :( Speaking of Axl Rose shit though, Adam has actually used technique pretty similar to him in the past, when he uses a lot of grit. Axl does the same thing but it sounds weird cause he's a bass
