Cassie, I didn't have a chance to thank you yesterday for sending that video to Angelina. I always love to watch her reviews of Adam's songs and her analyses of his extraordinary voice, but this one was very special. Can't count the number of times I've watched that video, but it always brings me to tears. As Brian has said, a GFG indeed!
Also enjoyed the Zach interview very much. I'll have to go back and watch Adam's previous interviews with Zach. Adam never ceases to amaze me with his insightful answers with little time to formulate his responses. And this interview included so many great questions without the usual superficial ones. No wonder people love to interview him!
And that post about the woman at her rehab making friends with another disabled person just reminds me how far and wide Adam can influence others with his music, and join us together. I've had a few encounters with others where for some reason I've discovered another Glambert - instant bonding! My brother-in-law owns a physical therapy practice, and one of his patients showed him a picture of Adam and herself in Park City at the Sundance premier even though my brother-in-law is not a Glambert himself. He promptly sent the photo to me. He says he is surprised that he has several Adam fans in his practice who always want to share Adam news with him. He always tells them about his sister-in-law who is a most fervent Glambert! We can encounter Adam fans in the most unusal settings!

Thanks bamafan! Christmas wouldn't be the same without "Silver Pants"! I hope everyone who celebrates Christmas has a wonderful holiday, and Happy Hanukkah to our Jewish friends!

I finally had a chance to listen to the podcast. It was so informative, and I applaud Adam for opening up so much about his anxiety and mental health issues. He is so articulate, and expresses himself with such honesty. I'm sure we can all gain knowledge from his experiences. I know how dangerous low magnesium levels can be, as I suffer from a condition where low magnesium is common. Years before I was definitively diagnosed, I was having dizzy spells too, and just felt awful. I started to take magnesium (mainly I thought, to help my bones) and suddenly the dizzy spells went away and I felt like a new person emotionally and physically. In hindsight I now have an explanation for my low magnesium levels, and taking a supplement daily is so very helpful. So frightening that Adam wound up in the hospital!
Adam is such a treasure both as "THE VOICE" and as a wonderful, insightful, self-aware, warm and caring person. I'm so proud to be his fan! As someone here has said, he should have his own podcast!

Thought I would pass this information along. When I tried to access rosecityworks.com to preorder the album, our Norton security said it was a dangerous website, and strongly advised against accessing that site. So I pre-ordered from Amazon instead.
I'm still in awe of Adam's performance last night after watching it several times. Loved the comment about "whoever that is performing should win!" I don't usually watch The Voice and I found all the finalists underwhelming, especially the guy who won. Like some others have said, as soon as Adam's performance was over, I didn't watch the rest of the finale. But what great exposure for our guy to be performing on a show seen by millions! And as usual, he absolutely nailed it! I love the way Adam can dial it back with such ease and intensity, and the original version by Duran Duran just pales in comparison to Adam's interpretation of the song IMO.
And the video!! One of my very favorite Adam videos! I have tears in my eyes every time I watch his performance, listen to the song, or watch the video. I am so utterly amazed by Adam's incredible talent time and time again!
Simply can't wait for the album!

Thanks loxie for the video of David A. My DH is a native Utahn, and although he was only a member of the Mormon church until his early twenties (he even went on a mission to Indonesia), one of his sisters and a sister-in-law are devout Mormons. I lived in Utah (where I met my DH) for almost 17 years, and their damning of anyone in the LGBTQ community has always upset me terribly. So I have some knowledge of how difficult it was for David A. to finally acknowledge and spread the word publicly about his true self. I really admire his courage!
I too watched Season 7 of Idol, known as "the battle of the Davids", and I liked both of them. I'm showing my age, but I even remember when David A. was on "Star Search"! However, the "Davids" Idol season paled in comparison to Season 8 when Adam stole my heart completely with his talent, charisma, incredible voice, wonderful personality and showmanship. And my Adam journey continues! Loved the recent pics of Adam wearing the black and ivory suits. He looks fabulous! Can't wait for The Voice performance!

SO excited about all this fantastic Adam news! Can't wait for the new album! I wholeheartedly agree that Adam's covers of songs are better than the originals with that flair and voice that set Adam apart from the ones who sang the original versions (just ask Cher!). Can't wait to see him perform one of those new songs on The Voice. And a new place in Brooklyn?! I have a niece and nephew who both live not far from the DUMBO area. Thanks Nica for explaining the terms which apply to NY real estate. And the recent interviews - just wonderful! Our boy has certainly been very busy!

Just want to say "welcome" to sunshine2022! You have joined a wonderful family here! If you wish (no pressure), tell us how you became an Adam fan. It's always interesting to hear how others have found Adam. I'm one of the old-timer fans of Adam who has loved him since he was on Idol. As some of us say "he had me at "Mama"! And great news about The Voice. I don't watch the show, but will be sure to tune in when Adam performs. Still in "afterglow" after his Vegas shows!
And to all who celebrate Thanksgiving tomorrow, have a safe and wonderful holiday!

Another fabulous show last night! Adam was indeed more "chatty" with the audience. He is so adorable! This crowd was REALLY into it - definitely the most enthusiastic of the three shows. The audience was standing for most of the show, except for the band interludes (I took this opportunity to sit for a bit - these older bones needed a breather, and I'm recovering from a knee injury). Just can't express how thankful I am to be able to attend these three AMAZING shows. Since I'm staying at an Airbnb and the TV setup is really funky, I don't plan to watch the live stream tonight. Watching on my laptop just doesn't do this show justice, and I have such marvelous memories of seeing these shows live. Adam was on fire last night, and hopefully he'll be up to the challenge tonight with three shows in a row, plus travel.
Adam is such a treasure and has the best voice that I've ever heard (my mother would cringe a bit if she were alive to hear me say that, as she was a rabid opera fan - would love to have heard her critique of Adam's Nessun Dorma in Italy). Hearing him live adds another dimension to the power of his voice - his recordings, though wonderful as they are, just can't compare to what my DH calls Adam - "Pipes Lambert"! All who are watching the live stream tonight - ENJOY!! And wouldn't it be absolutely incredible if he would sing the Star Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl! A Glambert can hope!!

So here are my recaps from the first two Vegas concerts. I'm also attending tonight's concert, and can't wait for another awesome show! If you have a chance, don't miss the live stream of his concert on Sunday - I guarantee that you won't be disappointed!
I drove to Vegas from southwest Colorado, and had nearly two hours of road construction delays along the way - ugh! Also, it seems like there is road construction all over Vegas. Fortunately I've been here many times, and am able to find my way around in spite of all the orange barrels!
I have to say that this show is amazing! The first night, as always, I was in awe at the power of his voice live, and his incredible performance skills. And he was so dancy! Terrance and Johnny really spiced up the show and Adam did a good job at keeping up with those two. So great to see the three of them back together again. And his band is also fantastic. I didn't watch any videos prior to my concerts, but I did see his outfits. Have to say they were very fitting for a Halloween-themed show, and I appreciated them more live than in the pictures. Even liked the Devil in a kilt with a cape and matching boots. He mentioned the glue gun a few times last night, which was funny. My favorite, as others have mentioned, was the white outfit. Adam looks SO good in white!! He also talked to the audience quite a bit, and made sure to tell us several times how much he appreciates us as his fans.
I didn't think he could outdo Wednesday's performance, but he seemed to go all out last night. His voice seemed even stronger, and if it was possible, he had even more energy. My favorite songs (really too many to mention them all) were Mad About the Boy, Superpower, Overglow, Wicked Game, Chokehold/Sleepwalker and Lay Me Down. There was a gal a few seats down in the row behind me, and she had come all the way from Japan! And she discovered Adam via videos just two years ago! The audiences both nights were really into the show, and the theater was nearly full. And many funky and fun costumes! The gal behind me said "That's Adam's Mom!" and sure enough Leila and her husband (can't remember his name) were in the center section about the same row as mine (I was on the left side facing the stage's about 10 rows back). And then Oliver comes and sits beside Leila! Turquoise hair and all. Wow! Even from that distance, Leila is a gorgeous lady.
So tonight is my last show, and I'll see it from a different vantage point - right side facing the stage. My DH didn't come with me (he often attends QAL shows with me), but I'm so lucky that he supports my Adam obsession so well. Those of you who can watch the live stream enjoy!!!

SO wonderful to see Adam on my TV again!! As others have said, wish he could have been able to sing Nessun Dorma by himself. JHud is definitely not an opera singer, although she gave it her best try. Happy that he was able to sing another song. Adam is so poised and charming in all of his interviews - I agree that he needs his own show! And Michael Orland is such a gem.
I agree about the big a-- shoes - I would fall down if I tried to wear those!
Can't wait for my Vega shows next week!
