There is so much wrong information about New Zealand here. First of all, there are now 72 community cases of covid in New Zealand from this latest outbreak. They are in Auckland except for a few in Wellington so definitely not spread throughout the country. I don't believe it will get out of control as the swift Stage 4 lockdown should even stop the Delta variant. The population is overwhelmingly in favor of 0% tolerance of covid and has faith in its leadership and will comply. They like living a totally normal life within NZ but without international travel and want to get back to that normality. What happened in New South Wales was due to slack leadership and piecemeal lockdowns and it's unlikely that Australia will be able to achieve zero cases ever again.
As far as the low vaccination rate was concerned that for the most part was out of the governments control. As NZ had zero cases the international priority for vaccines sent them to other countries in need first. The government had secured a supply of Pfizer early but it was slow coming in. Now 23 % of the population is fully vaccinated and about a third have had one dose. Vaccination is open to everyone over twelve from September.

Re Adams 'Protected' instagram. Members were guessing where he might be going. How about DWTS practice? I don't believe the 'Stars' have been announced yet. I know Adam has said he would never do DWTS but there isn't a lot else to do right now and he is already in LA. The show will get massive audience as everyone is at home. I would much rather he did DWTS than The Masked Singer. Just projecting.

An interesting thing has happened with the QAL oscars youtube video. If you just click on the video the top comments come up and they are all positive! I think someone at ABC must have gone through them and moved all the MM mentions to the bottom. I scrolled down as far as I could be bothered and didn't find a single MM comment. You can still find them under 'newest comments'. www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwbCfVEB5EM

I'm going to go ahead and make a prediction.......QAL will be doing the SuperBowl 2020. Coming off the Oscars and with a sold out tour this summer and following all the success of BoRhap movie, etc. ...seems logical to me I like your theory. The one thing that makes me think (sadly) they missed the SB boat timing wise, is that the Super Bowl is in Miami next year. I think they will want to highlight Latino artists, maybe past and present. But hey I’d love to be wrong. But if not, I’ll take the national anthem! I think it being in Miami increases the chances of a QAL Super Bowl. It will be warm enough for a live singing performance!

OMG! It just keeps getting better! I'm wondering what will be the next mind blowing secret?
Is this why the QAL concert tapings have not been released? They were saving them for this documentary?

And they gave that boring country song a A- and it only got polite applause. That reviewer missed QAL's standing ovation. Were there any other standing ovations other than shallow? I don't remember jhud getting one. I just went back and checked and your are right, no one stood for Jhud.

Re things happening organically. My 23 year old texted me all excited today because 'Adam was on the top songs list!' I hadn't told anyone that he had released a song but she found it by herself, liked it and bought it.
