Angelina asked me to post this letter on ATop. She is such a sweetie, and it cracks me up that, like several of you have mentioned, she is suffering from post partum (lack of Adam after such a feast).
Dear Adamtopians,
I cannot believe an entire week has gone by since I met you guys in London! And what a week, right?
Thank you all most sincerely for inviting me to your fab party, for your warm welcome, for your generosity, for a wonderful evening - great food, perfect music, and excellent company. Thank you also for the gorgeous flowers - they're in vases all over my living room and each time I see them I'm reminded of a splendid night and an unforgettable week.
It was great to meet so many of you face-to-face, and it felt as though I've known you all my life. I'm just blown away by the idea that if it wasn't for a certain Mr Lambert, I would never have met any of you - the Glamily, indeed! And how wonderful to be able to put faces to online/twitter names and to meet the people behind the amazing support for Adam.
The Queen + Adam shows were made even more special for me when each night I'd bump into some of you at the venue, and I'm so grateful that I was able to share these magical, once-in-a-lifetime shows with such wonderful people.
I was extremely fortunate to stand right by the stage on the 11th and again on the 14th and to be that close to Adam was almost like a religious experience - his power so tremendous, his physical beauty so breathtaking, his voice so exquisite. I wanted to climb inside his skin to experience just once what it must feel like for him to do what he does! :-)
Now it's back to reality and it's disconcerting indeed to feel the big empty space left by Adam - London seems greyer and somehow lacklustre without his presence here, but the memory of these shows continue to sparkle and inspire. Can't wait for his return!
Until we meet again...! :-)

PS LOVED your recap, NoAngel!
