Adam Lambert fans were treated to a one off, intimate performance tonight (22 August) as a part of the Take 40 Live Lounge presented by Debit MasterCard.

The glamorous icon tore the roof off the Standard -- performing many of his latest tracks from sophomore album Trespassing.

The stripped back, acoustic nature of the gig really allowed Adam's incredible voice to shine through -- proving that not only is Adam an amazing musical talent, but also a consummate performer!

If you weren't in attendance to this spectacular event, don't fear as the gig and a one on one interview with the man himself will screen on Channel 11 on September 1st at 11am.

What a wonderful thing to wake up to. I love me all kinds of voices from Adam, but Is This Love sounds like sunshine and joy in audio form. Beautiful, light, rich tone. You can HEAR his smile throughout. A total delight.

The other day Shosh was asking about Adam Lambert lingo, she learned the verb BERT BERT BERT and a few other things now she's learning more!!

IMO, asking for all those acronyms can help them devise a better search engine to monitor fandom discussions for market research. I'm guessing they realized that they miss a lot of data by searching for @adamlambert only.
