Ferras is coming to perform in NYC on July 9th. For those of you that don't know, he is one of Adam's friends that is a co-writer of Aftermath. I find Ferras to be quite talented and have struck up a Twitter friendship with him. I've been tweeting with him since before Adam's album came out. Late last night when the news broke I tweeted him how excited I was. This is the response I got: @ohferras Ferras AlQaisi

Hi all....de-lurking to celebrate my first 'Adam-gate' experience (I missed all the other gates - how many are there?)...the angst, the LOL, the suspense, the drama...i feel the bonds among adam fans (does that make sense?)....so i really love this forum because i can feel the love for Adam and for each other, I hope one day, I can be as eloquent as many of you, but for now, the only thing that I can write is: ILGNAFLSFM.....TY. ~back to lurking~ Welcome jicama! "today it's ZZZOMG how terrible......" Really? I didn't see that post. I'm wondering about Adam's relationship with arguably the biggest pop/rock star there is right now. That interests me. The reaction to it hitting the media is what I referring to bridget. Sauli is the biggest pop/rock star there is right now? He and Adam would probably be surprised to hear that  IMO Adam doesn't have a "relationship" with Gaga. She's a total nut job who pulls one stunt after another to get attention so her opinion of Adam doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. |

Aww, your very first gate ... :') Here, to commemorate the experience ...  As someone who has been through MANY gates (there were days when we had a gate dujour), this too shall pass. I love this tweet from @coralmermaid: "This will all be gone very soon. Where is Charlie Sheen when we need him?" So true. I mean, if Sheen can be a stark-raving lunatic and see his star rise higher, this will be nothing. It's sure to go down in the annals of lulzworthy Adam stories. |

quietlion - just want to say Hi from another Chicagoland fan. There seems to be a reasonable number of us here and on twitter, but you sure couldn't tell from our local radio! (I'm from the far west suburbs, but there seem to be AFL fans throughout the area) Your lion avi is adorable Thanks pjd! I realized we live in the same area when you mentioned your local Walmart. Mine is undergoing construction, too. I am in the northwest suburbs. Don't get me started on local radio...but at least they don't play Bieber often, either! Heard FYE once last May because my daughter requested it for Mother's Day! Great present. |
