Is it my imagination but is this song winning by higher margins than past Adam singles? Either the margins are higher or we both have the same imagination! |

How do you vote in this one? I think the poll is closed. It's just for the 9 o'clock showdown, I guess it runs for 1/2 hour. I don't listen to it. When I voted Trespassing was over 72%. Hope it wins the race. They did play Trespassing at 9:03 www.915thebeat.com/music/BroadcastHistory.aspxTrespassing has won for a couple of nights at this station during the weekdays. As a winner, I think they will pit it against another song tomorrow night ETA: they just play it again at 9:57 |

Hmmm, the Bruno song sounds like The Police in his pronunciation of words and reggae/ska influence (I personally think Adam Levine owned a huge debt to Sting for his vocal delivery). I think I'm discovering I'm an unrepentant rocker chick. There has to be an element of rock to any song I really love and I FLOVED Grenade for that reason when it first came out (well, the first 300 or so listens) then realized I didn't like anything else he put out. I actually like this more than a lot of his other stuff. But then I loved the Police in the 80s. And I also realize the only Pink album I really like is her poor performing rock album. Oh well. Not worthy to judge pop music. It usually comes down to a degree of how much I don't hate it. Dinosaur here. Can't help it! |
