The Voice (radio Finland) is testing Trespassing today. Click 'Rakastan' here (scroll a bit down) www.voice.fi/musiikki/ensireaktiossa-adam-lambert-trespassing-kerro-mielipiteesi/1/42781The poll is open only today and allows only one vote per IP address. The programme runs from 14.00 to 18.00 (ending at 11 am eastern), spins at 14.50 and 16.30. ETA Nova played TP three times yesterday, they are on board early and make an effort. NRJ was the first spinner but so far TP has got only a few test spins as the spins do not show up on their list of played songs. I have not heard of YleX, YleX3m or Aalto spins yet. The VOICE Finland Poll: Your Initial Reaction to Trespassing single: I love it 97 %I like it 1 % I don’t like it 1 %

Hmm I was a little surprised at Nile's lack of effusiveness over Adam the person, his voice, or song, when it seemed the opposite in his blog and tweets from that time, although he was quite complimentary about Sam Sparro. I listened AFTER reading your comment and was prepared for the worst, but I did not experience it the same way. Here is how I heard it. He basically said that he has a problem with the concept of AI, but not with Adam. It takes a while to become an artist like Stevie Wonder, Lionel Richie or Prince, and even Prince could have a bad day and get voted off AI. Reading between the lines: Neil is saying that while Adam was NOT voted off during the show, he lost the finale despite being like the "best Olympic swimmer". So in my view, this is VERY positive. He is mentioning Adam's name together with legends like Stevie, Lionel and Prince, and he feels bad that even one of the best singers could not win AI. I felt that he talked about Adam like he talks about Diana or Madonna - "you all know these artists, I don't have to tell you that they are good". "But I have to tell you about Sam Sparro, because you might not even know him" But that's just my take on this... Oh sorry my observation made you brace for the worst! Glad you heard it differently.. I was just surprised by the contrast between what was said before and now and curious about it, but that doesn't imply anything negative about Niles at all.. it's really not a big deal.. just my read on it.

Q3... is there any way you can squish up the Top 40 radio stations just a bit more so it's not so wide? We really have to scroll page 1 back and forth in order to read everyone's posts. (or at least I do... maybe it's just my computer?) I don't have that problem with my computer..

Yeah, I thought the same thing. Almost seemed like he was a little reluctant after he found out that Sam wanted him to work with Adam Lambert. Was it perhaps turn-off from the AMAs? It seemed strange, especially after those "most organically perfect jams I've had since Bowie" comments. I just don't know what to think now. May I bring a different perspective? 1. He sounded a tad reluctant about casting shows (and I hear him say - it bothers him, that the contestants can´t have a day "off", can´t afford to take risks in a way - because they could be kicked off immediately, and Nile treasures that artistic freedom, without regard to what an audience wants, producers want, judges want,... - just for the sake of making music) 2. He later works with Adam and then talks about the "most organically perfect jams since Bowie. So it couldn´t have been that bad . So - for me he talks about 2 different things and I do hear his appreciation for Adam. Didn´t he say they forged a lifelong bond as well? There´s definitly some respect there. And what more could you want from such a legend as Nile? That's what I heard, too. I'm surprised at other people's disappointment. He seemed impressed and respectful that Adam kept Nile's guitar track in tact. He didn't even feel the need to explain who Adam is to the audience. He figures people just know even though Adam is not a super star (yet) like others of his clients. I thought that was cool.

Adam TP on air next www.voice.fi/ETA He mentioned BTIKM and NCOE, the album out in May, third single TP, singing with Queen. He hears Queen in this track, likes it, it wakes you up when it starts on the radio, it gets you ~'on your toes'.
