I saw another artists single cover posted on twitter and it's pretty but same old same old. I like that Adam (and Lee) likes to be creative and you don't know exactly what to expect. |

Oh , one more thing about the cover , is that Adam is facing to the right . The right side , I think , represents Light , love , God , and all good things ... What I'm trying to say here is , that he is facing away from the "haters" , you know how they say "haters to the left" ?? , yeah , ok , he is facing away from them , not caring what they are saying at all . My God , I really need to get a life here , LOL . |

Ah, but that's where you're not completely right. Sometimes, it really isn't that deep. But most of the time, it actually is, he just doesn't want to flaunt it. Like the Scarlet A letter and the symbolism of it, explained by NoAngel. Or like his very meaningful lyrics on this album which are so full of symbolism, or his desire to present himself as a story-teller and a songwriter ( his own words) and which he did majestically, imo. His BTIKM and NCOE videos. His tattoos. Holding Sauli's hand on red carpet. I am completely positive that Adam is very deep, on purpose, on occasion... Not always, of course. :D Although my interpretation of EP cover is just that, my opinion only, I am completely sure it is right: for there is no way that the central image like that, the light covering the front of his face, is accidental - he wanted to say something with it. Looking cool just does not cover it this time. |

Wow! Thank you for the amazing explanation!!! I think I got it: I could buy the single on iTunes and the full EP on Amazon. Is that right? You can buy anything from i-tunes except the complete album, if you want it to count in singles chart. You have to leave at least one track off, and every song will count in the single statistic of that particular song. Obviously, the Trespassing one is the one that matters, so buy any such remixes/radioedits first, if you don't have them from i-tunes yet. Or maybe a pomegranate is just a pomegranate... ;D Maybe Adam will let us know how deep it is... LOL, I hear you. I did not say that these were Adam's thoughts, I said they were mine.  Who knows what Adam thought, he must have liked the picture because he chose it, but otherwise I have learned over the years that Adam tends to think differently, goes about things more intuitively. But he very much likes to trigger discussion as well as reaction, like I guess, any true artist does. So, just bask in the sunlight or go deep, its all good. No one way to eat a pomegranate and I can assure you, I have never operned a pomegranate the way Adam did in the video, especially not while wearing a 3000 dollar coat. :twist: |
