So if I buy all 4 of the Trespassing versions on the EP individually, they all will count towards sales? yup, but your purchase counts towards i-tunes sales in Sweden. You cannot gift to a US person directly on i-tunes. But via the pooled money, you can trigger a US sale, by paying into the pool via pay-pal. Secondly, if a remix differs too much in melody or lyrics from the original, then Billboard can decide to count that as a separate song, rather than adding it into the existing Trespassing count. Obviously, we don't have any such knowledge and not sure RCA is going to tell us, so we just have to go with what we know. The question was raised over on AO as well, so if they get an answer there, I am sure it will find its way to over here too. |

I just got this tweet from Amazon and it has you type the name of your favorite song right now (Trespassing was my choice) into a box and post to your facebook page and receive a song (from a long list) download in response. Now I know some folks don't do the facebook thing, but for those who do it could be a nice little bit of promotion for Adam. And you get an almost free song, too. QAL DVD's Well, the good news is they are done  I will begin shipping them tomorrow. The bad news (for me!) is that I somehow gave the wrong quantity to the duplicator on Moscow (too many) and London (not enough). But all is well, we have rerun London and now have correct amount. I do have a lot of extra Moscow, so I am just going to randomly distribute them to people who have ordered and paid for other venues. Since I paid for them I don't want them to go to waste! Thank all of you for your patience. Some of you sent extra $$ which I am going to match and donate to Charity Water and a local LGBT Youth group. Fire up those big screens....and wait till you get a load of him!!  |
