Hey gang,
This is probably old news. (My computer went through a little crash recently and my Adamtopia viewing has been intermittent lately, so I'm not sure if this was discussed.)
Anyway, took my nieces to the movie "Pitch Perfect" tonight... starring Adam's buddy Anna Kendrick. She interns in the campus radio station and at one point one of her buddies holds up Adam's FYE "album." It was a full-size album, and this guy holds it up and shows it to Anna.... for quite a few seconds. It had great screen time!
It was pretty cool. I have to admit, the whole time I was watching I kept thinking it would be cool if they played one of Adam's songs -- because of the Anna connection -- and low and behold, they showed the album.
So, I'm assuming this isn't news... but on the off chance that it is, I thought you'd all like to know. 8-)

I don't remember anyone posting this - so this is complete news to me! cool! Well heck... I'm glad it's news. :D I was really not excited about the movie. I didn't really know what it was all about but the girls have been asking for a couple weeks for me to take them. It's actually a cute/funny movie. I really enjoyed it. And then the Adam bonus just made it all the more fun! OK, because we revel in every Adam detail. I'll describe the scene in a little more detail. Anna and her sort-of love interest are having kind of a moment in the radio station, where they re-stock the shelves with albums and CDs. At one point, the guy picks up an album and just holds it up for her to see. Then he picks up a second one and puts it in front of his face. It's Adam's album. Then, as he pulls the album away from his face he has his face kind of tilted like Adam does on the CD. He was trying to be cute... and he was. It was a packed theater. |

Funny I was bugging my DH to see the movie for weeks after that but did not tell him why.
