Hi, Glittergma! We are doing well, thanks. The stormy winds are a bit disconcerting but we are keeping the spirits up. I came on here hoping to be distracted by His Adamness. Trying very hard to keep my mellow from being harshed.   As for Billy Joe Arnstrong, I believe he is getting (has gotten?) some help. Sorry, could not help it when I saw the comment about more time on stage for Adam. Had to post that bit. Back to Adam: I love that Sleepwalker coat! Many a great GNT performances where he flung it back with strident, vehement steps and commanding notes. 'Twas also a great enhancement to the Soaked renditions. Aww... the memories. :wub: |

LMAO. At least he fuckin was happy with his 1 fuckin minute... coulda fuckin went down like this: edited to include the lovely adjectives!   But then he went in for rehab right after this. :( |

Lindsay Bilyeu @lindsayinthesky Great show but pretty sure they didn't ever do soundcheck ... Seemed a little lost & Adam was mad at sound guy lol. Oh, again!? ;D haha...wouldn't be an Adam concert if he wasn't mad at the sound guy. ;D |

Yeah with the B/U singers. Adam usually has sound check, so I thought there might be something wrong with his plane or whatever other plans that didn't allow him to do it this time, and that might be the reason for his being late tonight for his show. Maybe he had problem with his flight.. but for sure he got stucked in Dallas traffic to get to the concert locations. He arrived around 7:20pm CET time. Then he had M&G and who knows how many interviews he had to do before hitting the stage. ;D. Don't think it took 30 minutes for him to put on coat, wig, hat and black lipstick on .. LOL This is the 2nd concert they flew him in the day of the concert and there were time issues. It is not that uncommon to have flight problems and then not be able to get another flight until much later in the day. Seems they really should fly him and the band in the day before the concert to avoid the possibility that they don't make it on time. |
