I don't find the fan arts that creepy, some of the fanfics on twitter though holy hell
Me neither, and most of the photoshop stuff, even not brilliantly done, are just for shits and giggles, anyway, but I guess that's to each her/his own.
But...what's fanfics??? Fanfics are original stories about existing characters or real life people. Like, for example, a fan writing Sauli and Adam's first meeting the way he/she imagines it.

Do we have a video of that gif? lol Or can someone explain to me what was happening?
oh, bb, it's just Adam congratulating me on my 800th post on Atop! :4OMG: :4OMG: :4OMG:
I'm messing with you, bb! ;D It's actually him at New Now Next Awards this year, his reaction when Kelly (the host) introduced him to the crowd (more like showering him with the warmest & nicest compliments).

But...what's fanfics??? Fanfics are original stories about existing characters or real life people. Like, for example, a fan writing Sauli and Adam's first meeting the way he/she imagines it. "Traditional" fan fictions ("fanfics") were based on existing fictional stories like Star Wars, Pride and Prejudice, or Lord of the Rings. Heck most of the Star Wars/Dr. Who/Star Trek novels written over the past 30 years could be considered fanfic. Now, with the ease of internet and blogs, fanfics are all over the web. One of the largest repositories is fanfic.net (I think its .net, not gonna bother to check). Other repositories exist on fansites (huge amounts sitting on Harry Potter / LOTR / Hunger Games sites), or on personal blogs. However, now a TON of fics are based on real-life people (which I personally find really distasteful). When I stumbled across the Adam fanfic the other day there was a kinda funny one, but the rest were...well....sex fantasies. And often pretty...um...gruesome. Personally, I don't have an issue if someone wants to reimagine Legolas', the book character, childhood in Mirkwood. But I have a real problem if the imaginary story is about Orlando Bloom, the person. Likewise I don't have any desire to read about Adam, the person. It may be fun to imagine what happened the night Adam met Sauli. But, based on the summary statements on the stories I glanced at, a lot of them involve issues like non-consensual handcuffs with Kris. Ew.

Oh, and there is a LOT of fanfic about comic book and TV show characters.
Based on what I saw the other day, there must be a HUGELY popular show called "Teen Wolf"....which I've never heard of....

Awww... The only thing I saw from the NewNowNext Awards was the performance. I'll see if I can find that moment too.
