Thanks scorpio. Never thought of this interpretation. I thought that maybe people will think that one moment he says he loves the vid and the next moment he's calling her out.Not that I would mind if he called her out j/s He retweeted Lyndsey Parker's tweet and she is a very respected on-line music critic. I don't think Adam will get any flack at all. OK thanks mys*&@^#r. Oh boy he IS smart handling situations to his advantage isnt he?

The five noms for "Best Male Pop Vocal" and the five noms for "Best Female Pop Vocal" have been combined into one "Best Pop Solo Performance" category. WWFM would have been kicked off by Gaga's Bad Romance at the very least. Yea that he got a nom already and will forever be referred to as GNAFL!

I actually think the new formatting of the Grammy's works in Adam's favor.
He's the best male vocalist in the industry (and he actually as good or better than the female diva vocalists too) and the Grammy's will not want to stack the category with all females so when they compare all the men and have to decide based on quality Adam will almost always come out ahead of the pack. It's like Carrie Underwood for female country vocalist... she always got the nomination because she's the best female solo country vocalist in the industry at the moment.

I think the female Pop Noms this year were slim pickens! If Gaga didn't get one this year for Bad Romance, but the ones they nominated did ..... I don't think Bad Romance had any chance of being nominated over Adam. (Did that sentence make sense?) ETA: I 100% agree with you, Wonderstruck!

I was wrong I guess. 50K not 25K for Gold for DVD. Darn. :( Seems odd that gold for a single (song) is so much higher than for an album but gold for a song DVD is so much lower than an album DVD. Seems reversed.

www.hollywoodreporter.com/idol-worship/ryan-tedder-working-adam-lambert-175712THR: You’ve recently worked with several Idol alums including Adam Lambert, with whom you’ve written two songs. In terms of the progress of his new album, where do you think he’s at musically? Tedder: I think he's a rocker. He can definitely pull off a dance song, but after working with him, I really think he’s a rock dude and one of the greatest male vocalists around, for sure. The first album was trying every musical style under the sun, but I believe his naturally proclivity is rock and I think that's the direction he's going to go. No matter what, I think Adam’s a star. THR: Adam has described the album as slightly more serious, did you get that sense in the studio? Tedder: He’s still super funny and goofy as hell. We just have fun in the studio. He doesn't take himself seriously at all. It's still fun and cheeky and sarcastic, but he definitely knows what he wants. As for me, the only stuff I've ever had success with is when I'm trying to be completely original and I'm not thinking about mirroring what else is out there. So basically – and selfishly -- all I really do is, I write or produce the kind of Adam Lambert song that I would want to hear.
