This is really good! As usual, very funny!  I agree with this Chunkey person, who is btw hilarious and missed&loved by many here ( they make me sorry I missed her/him on Atop), that Adam resembled George Michael, although, as Gelly and me would say - a thousand times hotter... I'd say 1 trillion times HOTTER ;D ;D |

Can we try not to quote gifs, pretty please? I I actually made it 3 whole pages before a 6 min pause for my computer to adjust to gifs. Now I just skip 5 or 10 pages to see what's going on!! Hello, Santa. Mama needs a new computer perhaps. Okay, do have something to say after reading all the worrying about facial hair acceptance by Asians, by teens, by whomever. In the very beginning of my Adam Journey, was it REALLY almost 4 years ago, I would worry about this or that, worry who would accept or not accept something Adam had chosen to wear or to do. Never once was my angst justified. Adam knows what he wants, he knows how he wants to go about getting it, and he wants to do it HIS way. The music industry is totally arbitrary. What would any of us have said if someone told us a few months ago that the most watched video (ever, I believe) and #1 song would be the Weird Al Yankovic-like Psy's Ganguan Style? And then there's LMFAO or Willow Smith. Defies logic, so now I sit back, or wake up way too early for a livestream, and just enjoy Adam in all his incarnations. He's having fun and making money, so he must be doing something right. If HE'S HAPPY, I'm happy. Oh, and in Adam's world, it is NOT a democracy, it is a benevolent dictatorship, well, benevolent for everyone except the myriad of sound techs who have been reduced to tears. |

He’s also clearly gay, in a “dapper gent of the 1930s” kind of way. Adam Lambert could nail Max’s moral ambiguity, and it would be great to see him channel old-school gay. Obviously, someone will have to write a hot new song for Max that lets Lambert shine, since the character doesn’t have any huge numbers. Or maybe they can just adapt “Whataya Want from Me” into be a talent scout’s frustrated cry to his fussy clients. I love the Sounds of Music - Maria and the Von Trapp Family. If I remember correctly Max Detweiler didn't sing a lot and he's kind of older than Captain Von Trapp, so not sure if this role fit for Adam. Maria was a brunnet right? And I don't know if Carrie will fit Maria's character, just don't like the idea. |
