mszue, are you thinking of Frank Ocean and confusing him with JT? No not at all....and I thought I was making it clear but perhaps not....this has nothing to do with me thinking he is even remotely gay...it was a fantasy about seeing what would happen if someone such as JT were to suddenly come out actively gay....NOT ABOUT TRUTH AT ALL!!! Frank Ocean is not big enough or open enough to be any kind of test....that was my point, in part....the difference in reaction has to be clear and obvious.... |

Albiku, you are not betraying your medical training. Rather than juicing, mixing in a vegamixer, various fruits and vegetable, not only provide you with your daily requirements for your fruit and veg servings, it provides the needed fiber. My son wears braces and loves fruits and vegs and cannot eat a lot of them because of his braces. I vegamix his fruit and vegs in the am for breakfast, and he also has cereal and yogurt. I use the leftover and add kale to the vegamix for me - my breakfast. I much prefer the vegamixing as opposed to juicing because of the fiber. Of course this doesn't replace every meal, but certainly can be done several times a day. What is wonderful it tastes different everyday depending upon what you put in. Apples and csrrots are a must though. I think she was thinking of feasting, cleansing and going for several days with only liquids. Surely not against medical training only to use more vegetables and substitute some food with fiber-rich juices. |

Apples and csrrots are a must though. When I said juicing I meant one of those cleansing things Adam does. Of course any sort of veg/fruit juice is healthy and good for you.
