lynne, I only watched little snippets of the Grammys, while the other show we were watching was running commercials. My DH thought all the music was crap, but he is a country fan, and just doesn't get any other kind of music. I was not impressed with what I saw. Was not impressed with Rihanna, or JT, although he is a good performer, I thought the Big Band sound and performance was so retro, in this case meaning not current. The show seems to move along slowly, and was just boring to me. Course, I have no clue what youngsters thought about it. There were very few moments of the Grammys that appealed to me. I definitely didn't like JT's performance nor his look. Your DH was right on target with his assessment. Off the subject but JB's Valentine skit on SNL was tasteless. The SNL writers can be blamed but JB should have refused to do the skit. I no longer want Adam to get an SNL gig because it's been difficult to watch and enjoy this season. For those of you who didn't see the show, I'm sure it's on YouTube. It involves JB capturing a shot of his privates and sending it to Hillary Clinton - need I say more. |

Where was Adam when he was meeting all these season 12 contestants? Been checking on twitter to see what the ninjas came up with. Most are intrigued as we are, but have no answer as of yet. Some think is a random encounter, as these contestants are housed in the Hollywood area. Others don't want to go to any other possibilities associated with the Idol machine. |

TKS I thought it was a pic from his rehearsals last night. Looking at the pics above (at the nightclub) it's so close you can even see a candy in him mouth. Can you imagine being under such scrutiny when you go out on the town??? LASTLY
I HOPE WE GET A MINI TOUR HERE IN THE STATES sometimes im apr mayish!!!!!!!!!!!!  I'm all for that timing; I'm coming to the US in April/May for 3 weeks! Just give us a concert in reasonable striking distance and we'll be there  |

It's all relative. I am thankful that Adam surrounds himself in real life relationships that allow him a less scewed view of reality. He is doing fine and he knows it.
Appreciate your post...RL issues here also and I've tried to explain to family members my escape into Adamland is just that...ESCAPE !
Kind of like that old Calgon commercial...Take Me Away !
AL has a surreal lifestyle compared to mine and I bask in his talent and the accolades he receives.
ATop gives me a glimpse into the lives of others around the world and I enjoy the connection.

Hmm, could be as simple as that. Do they gave mentors anymore? If anything to do with the show this year that would be my guess - but a long shot...
OK, I am done speculating but it's interesting:-)
BTW, the Fan vid of Adam Valentines Day brought tears to my eyes and lots of good pics and video snips if you haven't seen it yet. Posted above in the thread.

Watched most recent episode of Glee last night and found a lovely comparison that demonstrates again what we mean when we say Adam sings in 3D. Blaine sings Don't Stop me Now - he sings it perfectly nicely (he has a bit of help in a few places by other gleeks) but then I went and listened to Adam's Kiev (best audio) of same song (and ok he was singing with Queen which gives it a certain something LOL but talking about vocal) ...
Not really news and can move to masterclass section if you like.

Just read one theory on twitter, I think by our SuzieFierce that he might be coaching the AI before Vegas on presentation to help them. @SusieFierce @coconutgrove0 @14gelly would also explain why he was watching so early
