Thanks jazz rocks..I went to google to ask 'why" and adobe flash may be the problem. The other day an adobe flash download automatically came up and I cancelled it half way through as it said it was going to load chrome and I did not know if that was good or not. So I just tried to re download adobe flash from the adobe support center and no change change.
SHEESH...wish I knew techie stuff! I will have to get a tech person out I guess.
